Super experience from start to finish. Olson was one of four bids that we received for our house painting. Scott was very thorough during his visit, explained in detail the services to be performed. We excepted their bid and made plans with Scott as to the timing on the job. We had a two week camping trip in the works and things were worked our around this.
After our return we contacted Scott and the process began. Pressure washing by the two man team that would be doing the painting was done on a Monday afternoon. Actual painting started the next day. Their process is to brush and roll two coats. The two crew members were very pleasant to work with. They also spent time to ensure that things were covered while they painted. Start to finish a superior job.

Emailed for an estimate. No reply. Called and was told they would stop by the next week and write one up. Nothing. Emailed again. Was td they would get me one again. Nothing. Emailed again and was told they stopped by but there was another painters sign in the yard (they were staining our deck) so no estimate again. After that I emailed 3 more times with no response.

Salesperson Scott was great and seemed very personable and attentive when visiting our house and giving me a bid. It seemed like he really cared and i got the feeling he would be involved in ensuring the work was done right. However, pricing was a little expensive and the painters who ultimately did the work were very inexperienced! They did a sloppy job and got paint all over our wood trim work in several places. Salesperson had NO follow-up after the work was done. I will never use them again!
