Oasis Pools

Do not use Oasis pools! They did a terrible job on my tile and never came back to fix it! I have had several issues and never get a message or call back! It is very frustrating that my pool is less than a year old and already have had so many issues! Still under warranty but trying to get a message or call back is impossible

EDIT: Four years later and I am still having pool issues and Yuma Martinez will not respond or fix anything his company did, even when everything was under warranty. During construction he constantly lied to me, told me one thing and did another, and changed construction plans on my pool without consenting me and they could not be changed back to the original plan.

After completion, ALL of the equipment kept breaking down. Then I found out from the warranty guy that I was furnished with inferior equipment and some of it could not handle the size of my pool. I have been dealing with years of constant problems and never getting any answers (completely unprofessional to NEVER respond and to delay fixing equipment until 6 months to a year later).

This has been the biggest waste of money for something that is not at all to specifications and constantly breaks down. If the darn pool didn't cost so much, I would fill it in and say "good riddance" to all of the headaches and hassles. Worst, worst, worst pool company who does NOT stand by their work. ORIGINAL: I am still having horrible issues with my pool and cannot get anyone to contact me back.

It's just one problem after another due to their incompetence and low quality of work. My latest issue. I have been contacting them repeatedly about broken equipment since LAST summer (still under warranty, probably broke since they installed it incorrectly and let it run that way for over a month before fixing) and still no one responds. You would think that after spending $45k they would care even just a little. It looks like it is time to lawyer up.

Oasis Pools (Yuma Martinez) started our pool at the end of July and finished in Sept 2019! They were professional and answered all questions as they came. He and his wife also maintain our weekly pool maintenance as well. Definitely recommend!

Oasis provides the weekly maintenance of my pool. They have serviced the pool for 7 years and they have been dependable and kept my pool in good condition. They are easy to work with, responsive, and trustworthy.

Oasis put in our pool back in 2008 and they have been maintaining it since then. Our install was a complicated one in that it required a retaining wall for our sloping yard. From design to installation to maintenance, they have been professional, efficient and helpful. They, however, go beyond that to individualize the service to me, making sure to text instead of calling, for example; so that I can reply when I'm not in the middle of something. Their people know what they are doing and it shows. I would highly recommend Oasis to anyone.

I have enjoyed my pool for about 8yrs now. They do my maintenance for me and any repairs that are needed are done in a timely manner. If I were to build another pool, I would call them again without hesitation! I have known Yuma and his wife for a number of years now and find them to be very approachable, honest, and I have not had any communication concerns whatsoever. 5 stars for sure!

Normally people only post negative reviews. In my case, it was the contrary! I had a great experience and our pool is fabulous!

Horrible workmanship, took long and Yuma looked for excuses on why not to fix things that were wrong. The work took very long, he took my filter, practically had to beg him to fix the chlorinator which was part of the contract. And we would not respond to my calls. Shady guy, Do yourself a favor and save yourself some headache. Go to someone else.

Very similar experience to prior reviewer. First, i was supposed to have 4" of fill and 4" of concrete. He dug out 5-1/2" total and BS'ed the wife about how he was still going to put all 8" in because he was using a "laser". Of course, a lie. Then parked his excavator on my yard, the part not under construction and sunk it in 4". Put flagstone in, and smeared grout all over the stone, then left it to dry.

Very poor quality work and it took over a year for them to come back and sort of fix it. I still have a lake next to my back door where they failed to grade properly. 3-1/2" of standing water every time it rains in a 4'x8' section. Just a piss poor contractor. Pay someone else your hard earned money!

THE WORST COMPANY EVER! I worked with Yuma who was completely dishonest and changed things about my pool build without my approval (including seats within the pool that cannot be changed once poured). He lied to my face and I called him out on it. He would then change his lie to something else and I would call him out again. He also gave me excuse after excuse about why there were problems with the build when really they all revolved around his incompetence (for instance, his installers showed up to tile the pool and he didn't even tell me to pick out tile yet that could take 2 weeks to arrive).

He also blamed other companies for problems (I told them what he said and they were not pleased either and told me the truth). You also can never get a hold of him or anyone at his office for anything and now that the pool is finished, they do not honor their warranties and will NEVER call back! Please, do not use this company! Save yourself the countless problems and lies.
