Experience was fantastic: Someone came out to inspect very quickly, and I had an estimate within a couple of days. They offered excellent suggestions on what to do for a complete shower rebuild, worked quickly and closely with the tile supplier (choose your own or work with one they suggest), and then arranged the install quickly so that we would be inconvenienced as short a time as possible. Excellent quality work and professionalism from all the workmen, and they were nice guys as well.

DIY stores and TV shows make it look so simple. The hard reality is that if you want a job as important as doing a tile project, this is one area I would turn over to the professionals. Neuse Tile has more experience in more situtations then the "experts" at the box stores combined. I was shocked to learn how much has to be considered when doing a tile project.
Thanks to Nyle and company, that experience has led to a beautiful project that I know will last as long as the house! I highly recommend them to everyone who wants quality work done by true professionals!

Neuse Tile is by far the best professionals in the business and I recommend to all my friends to use them. Neuse Tile has completed a kitchen backsplash, a master bathroom with heated tile floor, a shower surround and floor with custom enclosures, and a guest full bathroom floor in two houses. Beyond that, Neuse Tile completed a beautiful wall in my commercial office cafe and the cafe floor.
Part of the brilliance of their service is they will look out for what is best and will help communicate what is best practices for design and layout. They have gone the extra mile literally and figuratively, including driving to Virginia to get tile for one of our projects. Their staff are masters of their trade and artists - meaning you will not be disappointed by the appearance or long term wear of their installations.
They have steered us away from bad mistakes and helped us make decisions to stay on time and budget with great looking results. If you need a professional, don't hire people just the cheapest person you can find to tile who watched a YouTube video, find someone like Neuse Tile who are true masters of the trade.

I recently purchased my first home and renovated the bathroom working with Neuse Tile, and am THRILLED with the results. The bathroom is stunning, and it's all because of the amazing work of the Neuse Tile team! The marble tile installation was flawless and the workmanship is impeccable. Manuel has such amazing talent. the team was so professional, courteous, helpful and kind. Whenever I have guests, I receive the most wonderful compliments about the marble bathroom. We hired Neuse Tile Service to install our new bathroom flooring, and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. First, they took the time to help me choose the right color scheme so that it would match well with the rest of our bathroom renovation. I felt confident in their expertise and recommendations. On installation day, they arrived on time and got straight to work.

This is the first time I have ever reviewed a company online, but with the level of service provided to me by Neuse Tile Service on a recent job has left me wanting to protect other potential customers from suffering the same fate. I hired Neuse Tile Service to install a shower surround in my master bathroom. I am a single mother so my budget is limited, and I had been saving money for almost a year to get this done. Neuse Tile came recommended by a friend who has helped me with home improvement projects in the padt, so I thought i had no reason to worry.how wrong I was!
Before Neuse Tile began the work (which had to be rescheduled twice) I did request a change from the original plan. I was told "No problem!" when I called to ask for this change, and because I had given Neuse Tile SPECIFIC measurements for the tile layout I did not believe that there would be a problem. When they did complete the installation, it was not at all what I had requested.
The measurements that I had asked for had evidently been forgotten, and the installer did I what he thought was best for me. Although the finished product did look okay, it was not what I had asked for. I am not a confrontational person, so I asked my friend to call Neuse Tile Service for me. He did, and je ended up speak in with Nyle Wadford, the owner.
He was told that Neuse Tile was not responsible for the screw-up because I had asked for a change from the original plan, and the installer was given two different sets of job specifications. It would seem to me that if there was any confusion about how the shower surround should look, the installer should have asked SOMEONE for clarification! Instead, Neuse Tile Service and Nyle Wadford are asking that I pay FULL PRICE for a shower surround that I never asked for!
They have offere d to discount some other services that they performed, but Nyle is standing by the fact that he thinks I should pay full price for this incorrect tile job. NEUSE TILE SERVICE CUSTOMERS BEWARE! NEUSE TILE WILL DO YOUR JOB HOWEVER THEY FEEL LIKE DOING IT, REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU ASK FOR, AND CHARGE YOU FOR IT!
