My wife and I have had an absolutely excellent experience with the entire company. From the planning stages with Andrew, the execution with the team (Fabio, Joe, and Angelo) and the final stages of our own mini pool school with George. You will not be disappointed, the customer service is amazing!

I had a terrible experience opening my pool which turned out to be a big hassle with Pools By Angelo, who sent a reckless contractor to do the job on their behalf and faced many difficulties reaching out to them to fix the plumbing he broke but no luck. So I had to pay again for the damage they caused, and they have not even bothered returning my calls and responding to my voice mail.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was supposed to have my pool opened by them and we've never had an inground pool so someone was supposed to show us how everything works. Scheduled the day months in advance. took the day off work so someone could explain everything, . Waited and waited and waited. I called the store. Said they're behind they will come tomorrow.

Tomorrow came. and went and no one came and no one called. Once again I had to call they said "oh they're about A WEEEK behind". Worst customer service EVER! When they finally opened it, I asked the 2 men opening it how to use it they said " we just open it someone else is comming later to explain how to use it" and left. I called. And they said yeah someone should be by this week. Been almost 3 weeks now. I gave up on this compan. TERRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT USE THEM.

Pools By Angelo has installed the pool at my house I found a place to be affordable. And their service department to be very dependable. They open my pool every year. I will continue to use these guys and promote them along because I feel they are a very fair company to deal with.

Great service. They also seem to have all the right products and parts. I have never been let down in over 15 years of patronage.

Fantastic customer service! Employees in the store were kind, helpful and made this a smooth and easy transaction. The delivery men were prompt, courteous, and very helpful in their instructions. Thank you for everything!

Angelo Sr, has amazing customer service. We have had a few problem with our pool but of no fault of his. Sometimes things break or wear out before they should and Angelo has backed up his warranty even when his suppliers don't at his cost! I think that deserves more then 5 stars!

Prompt, knowledgeable, courteous service. Testing is important and they excel at it. Make sure they do the test with metals, phosphates and stabilizer. It's not needed every time, but you want to catch problems fast. I've tried a number of the pool companies, but I feel most comfortable with Pools by Angelo. They stand behind their products and their work.

DO NOT deal with this place. Absolutely the worst customer service in the pool industry. There are ALOT of choices, but this place is the worst choice. Feel free to look me up for truth. I have photos, videos & paperwork. I sold my house 3 years ago & paid for everything to be fixed PROPERLY, before the new homeowners took the place. That's just the way I roll.

My wife Ruth are incredibly pleased with our pool renovation by Pools By Angelo! Our salesperson Andrew sat down with us before the job to fully explain the process and kept in touch with us during the entire job. Joe and Mike did excellent work on site and kept the lines of communication open on a daily basis. They made sure that our job was done exactly the way we wanted it.

We were treated like family and I am still treated the same way every time I walk into the store. Our friends and family were amazed when they came into our backyard and saw the new pool! Highly recommended!
