Utterly amazing. from the time of me running into my garage door to them coming out and fixing it was one hour. Literally one hour and the work was great. Cannot recommend enough

Replaced 3 sliding door with roll up doors and to door openers. Very professional and knowledgeable and a great experience. The shop is old and settled so the poles weren't the straightest to start. 2 down and 1 to go. I'm very happy.

I bought a house full of doors, windows, closet doors, ect. Lisa was wonderful but she's now gone. I didn't realize that other than a color and pattern on inside doors they also had different finishes. Well, long story short. Earl was less than helpful and said we couldn't return the wrong doors that came. 6 in number. A young employee who has worked there for a long time overhead our conversation.

He asks to come over and look. He over-rided Earl and we had to pay a restocking fee only. That seemed reasonable, even though I didn't feel the mis-order was totally on me. Another grievance was they also sold us a solidcore bathroom door that was going to act as a pocket door. I can't even slide it, it's so frigen heavy. That one they wouldn't take back!

I'd give them no starts of possible. They ripped off my mother, a $1000.00 for a $100 door. Highway robbery. Plus awful service while ordering

These folks are awesome! Our new windows were recently installed and everything about working with Merle Door & Window has been amazing. Kristan and Kenny even met with us a couple times outside of their normal business hours and made this a quick and easy process. We'll be using them again for the next round of window replacement and highly recommend them.

Came home one day, and my garage door would not open, huh? Upon inspecting it, one of the coil springs was broken, so I called up Merle Door & Window to scheduled an appointment. They called a day before to confirm, and they came as scheduled, repaired my garage. Works like a champ now!
