We had Crystal Carpet Cleaning steam clean the carpet floor in our house. The whole experience has been excellent. John showed up on time, efficently took care of the cleaning, was friendly and professional. From the time we set an appointment until John arrived there was extremely good communication. We were informed about what we should do to prepare the house for the cleaning, there were several reminders of the appointment, and a note to tell us that John was on the way the day of the service. And, to top the great experience, we were positively surprised by the reasonable charge. It's really satisfying when companies perform the way Crystal Carpet Cleaning has done for us. John cleaned all our carpets and they are beautiful. We had just entertained our 3 granddogs for 10 days and they are not well trained for going out side. Our house smelled and looked horrible. I called for a service and they said it's too far even though it's only 7 miles from their location. If you look at their address, I wouldn't call unless it's within 5 miles and perhaps that's close enough but they wouldn't say. They only said it's too far south at 6.6 miles. Correction, I'm 3.7 miles

Office support staff, the owner, and the technician were friendly, responsive to my questions, and my carpets are now clean! My small dog had pancreatitis, with attendant vomiting and incontinence. Subsequently, she had abdominal surgery, after which she had drainage from a hole in her tummy. As soon as she was healed, I called Crystal Carpet Cleaning to come and clean my soiled carpets.
