Needed repair for severely damaged lintels and windowsills on masonry home. Melo Contractors did an excellent job. The workers were knowledgeable and polite. It was very cold and windy and they kept at it and did a clean job. I am very happy and confident I'll not have to worry about water and cold air getting inside anymore. Thank you, Melo Contractors!

Where do I begin?! Mike and his team rescued me from having to postpone selling my home. With only a few days to my closing, an issue came up regarding the permitting of my basement. He jumped in with all the answers, submitted paperwork to get my permit &sent a crew of 3 (Mike Jr., Edwin & Mario) to do the work. All 3 worked for 2 days & got the job done right on time. I don't know what I'd have done if I didn't find Melo Contractors. Thanks again Mike! Melo Contractors. Bravo!

We couldn't be more pleased with the work performed by Melo Contractors at our home. Melo removed the tile and mud floor in our laundry room and downstairs bathroom, and installed new subfloor and tiles in those rooms. They also replaced the bathroom fixtures. The process from design consultation through project completion was quick, the work was meticulous, and the staff was professional and friendly. It was obvious to us that Melo Contractors takes great pride in their work. We won't hesitate to use Melo again for projects big and small. Highly recommend!
