Friendly, courteous and professional. Had to replace a garage door, ugh! Even tho it was a tough situation they made it easy. Mike, Denise and their entire crew were/are a pleasure to do business with.

We woke up to not being able to open our garage door due to a broken spring. Matin garage door's were able to come out the same day and was able to fix our spring. The technician was professional and we couldn't be happier.

Denise was great on the phone getting an appointment scheduled quickly and very nice to work with. The repair was fast, the guys were on time and didn't try to up sell repairs just looked it over and gave future repairs that may be needed to plan for.

Replaced two 16x8 roll-up doors and their openers with their insulated steel doors with wood finish and rustic hardware. The new doors are fantastic: beautiful color, better seal all-around, and so quiet. The installer was very professional and detail oriented. Would absolutely recommend!

I contacted the company by email, heard back from them within an hour, had a person out to measure the same day, received a quote the next day, and was scheduled for install within hours of payment. Want to know how much you use your garage door. Just have it quit working. We bought our 20 year old home a year ago and our 20 year old garage door opener just quit working. She asked me some questions and we figured out what I needed and then set the install appointment. 1 day before the installation I received an appointment confirmation email from Dawn to let me know when their installation expert would be at my house for the install.

I say installation expert because form the moment Shane arrived everything went so smoothly. He took the old opener down and installed the new one without any problems at all. He then showed me how to use the New Opener and how all the remotes and key pads worked. The upgrade alone made it worth it not to mention the excellent service that I received from Denise, Dawn and Shane.
