VERY disappointed! Just paid $262.50 for programing 2 cars. Charged 3.5 hr, and he was here less than 2 hr. To program 2 cars to the door openers? Really? I wouldn't feel bad if the doors really work as advertised. The cars usually need the bumper near the door to work. Many times I have had to use the remote touching the door to work. Occasionally even that did NOT work. I will NOT recommend Overhead Door (M&O Doors) for any work. I pay my bills. The doors still don't work properly!

Was charged $262.50 to program two cars to my garage doors. Doors do not open consistently. I paid my bill. I always do. Expressed my dissatisfaction with the price and performance of the Overhead product. I would have thought that Overhead Door would stand by their product. Very disappointed! I would NOT recommend them for any work.

Terrible! Columbus, Ne. office cannot get any of the proper information for who they are to bill. They keep sending me a bill and demanding for payment after being told many times it does not get billed to me but to another person who is the owner and wanted the door fixed. The door wasn't fixed properly the first time, a handle was added to the door, and it was suppose to be fixing the tension bar but a handle was added. problem not fixed had to call back. Receptionist says I have to pay for the door even tho it's not my door and I called for my land lady who's 80 years old and couldn't hear over the phone.

Because I made that call I'm responsible? Get the right info, stop demanding me after given the right info 3x now on who the bill goes too, and I was told by receptionist Overhead will NEVER do any work for me again and will be taking me to court. All because they can't get the right info and want money harassing the wrong person. Let's go to court then!
