Richard is completely rude and hung up on me because I didn't return his call immediately. He acts like a child I use to babysit.

It was an easy process working with M&M Glass. They did everything they said they would do, on schedule and within budget. Their installers were very polite, professional and efficient. They did a first class repair at my house. I highly recommend this company without hesitation.

After a decade of living in my home with 2 foggy windows with broken seals, I decided to have them fixed. M & M Glass came out quickly, the quote was very reasonable and my repairs were done by the next week. I love my new energy efficient windows now and wish I had them fixed years ago. I'm planning to call M & M Glass to upgrade my other old windows later this year.

They work with little guys to meet many needs. I had them cut me glass table tops for my house. They sell and order the glass you need, not what they have available. Awesome people, very good price.

Oh my! What an Amazing Company. We tried to do business with a company in El Monte. Three days after I requested they contact our Tenant to measure for the New Vinyl Window, they had not even made an attempt to contact the Tenant. M & M contacted our Tenant the same day I made the request. Their person showed up for the measurement at the scheduled time.

The new window arrived a week later, and was installed as scheduled. Richard's attention to Detail, was exemplary. The Professionalism of the company is Top Notch. If your needs involve Glass, Windows, etc., this Company can't be beat. This is our new, Go-To Glass Company. "Thank You", Richard.

I purchased a window glass to specific measurements. It was Cut to Exact size needed. Perfect fit. Quality price for the glass. Highly recommend for replacement windows.

Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional. I have waited patiently for a technician to be sent to get my table top pattern so that it will arrive before the holiday and the lady that answers the phone clearly does sounds confused and overwhelmed. I have been waiting for an appointment for a little over two weeks,

I was just hung up on by a very rude and abrasive receptionist. From the conception of the call, it was very clear she was having a bad day. I was consistently interrupted. I wanted a quote on sliding glass door instillation. I have the doors, that could not be installed by former company, due to lack of liability insurance. I told this woman exact measurements, when I was interrupted with technical questions, that I could not answer.

She abruptly told me she would have to send someone out, for an estimate. I explained to her that the doors needed to be picked up at my sisters home, a block away. She angrily told me that was not " going to happen!" I asked, "How do you normally get doors?, they need to be picked up from somewhere." At this point she hung up on me. My 30+ years in corporate business, have I ever experienced such blatant unprofessionalism. At all costs, avoid this company.

Best residential glass and mirror shop in Orange County! M & M does perfect glass installation and glass replacement (we have had contractors out before that left smudges between the double paned glass). We even had M & M install a new skylight and it looks great. Thanks so much!
