A wonderful experience! We needed to replace 2 main entry door's hardware (knob locks and dead bolts). Mark ordered the parts, installed them, made 8 keys for us and the best part, left the area where he worked, immaculate! I love to support hometown businesses and when they do a great job, that's a winner.

I left my key inside my car in rancho mirage. They were quick to answer and get to me in less than 20minutes. He was very professional and nice and got it open in 5 minutes without any problems. He safe me. God bless thank you.

I had to call this service urgently about 10 days ago after my place was broken into. I had to replace my front door lock, and the lock on a slider in the back patio. This is a one person operation. Works okay, not great, when Robert answers the phone and can come over and fix your issue. In fact, he came quite quickly when I called. However, a few issues. One, as a single person working out of his car (not van), he doesn't have all the tools and equipment he needs to address anything that may be out of the ordinary - he said he couldn't fix my slider because he needed to replace the slider lock system which, according to him, only Valley Lock in the area can do. Second, as a small, one person operation, you would expect he would at least be cheap, but no: his bill was at least 50% higher than Valley Lock (whom I had to subsequently call to fix an issue that he left on the front door lock). Finally, speaking of my issue: he is simply unable to be reached when he doesn't answer the phone call.

I left several messages about the new front lock that he had installed (the replaced lock was turning more than it should) over the next 3-4 days and left voice messages. When I finally reached him, he freely admitted that the voicemail is something he has because he is required to have it. In fact, he told me, he has no ability to retrieve those messages.

Even though the greeting on the voicemail specifically asks the caller to leave a message and that someone would get back to them as soon as possible. Given the delays, the lack of service, and the extra cost of having another locksmith come in to fix Robert's faulty installment, I am terribly disappointed. An established business would be more reliable and responsive, not to mention cheaper. Stay away from Lock Pros.

These guys were a life saver. Went for a walk with the dog and accidentally locked myself out. They were able to get to my house in less than 15 minutes and was able to get inside my house in less than 2 minutes. Extremely professional and polite. They also made me an extra key for future emergencies. Highly recommend!

Saturday morning out to walk the dogs and I get locked out of the house thank goodness for cell phones, so I called Lock Pros and got Robert he was over in like 15-20 minutes got me back in the house and then went to get some new parts for the door and I must say he was super nice and very professional. Hope I don't get locked out again but if I do I will call Robert. Thanks so much Robert! Brad Smith

My goodness - phone call and within an hour Robert was at the house and fixed everything needed. Talk about rock star service. There is no one in the valley more nice or so quick. Customer service is AAAAA+

Fabulous! I had made a reservation with s different company originally, well those guys didn't show up so I called Lock Pros. they arrived in 15 minutes! Their prices were better then the no-show competitor and Robert was really friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

The locksmith was great! I had a new door hole with a new lock to match my existing door handle. The gentleman was very nice and gave a reasonable price for the service I needed. If I ever need a locksmith again I will be calling this company.

I needed to rekey 3 locks for my mother-in-law's new townhome that I took out myself to save a couple of bucks. 2 door knobs and 1 dead bolt. I first called Home Depot and they told me be there by 10:00am (Saturday) and the employee will be there who does the rekeying. He told me that 2 of the door knob locks were broke (they were not broke before I left) and I would need to buy 2 new ones.

I was outta there so fast. I sat in my truck and looked up locksmiths on my phone and found Lock Pros. I talked to Mark and he said bring them in. It took him 10 to 15 min. to do all 3 locks with 4 keys (the knob locks were NOT broken). I was very happy with the service and the price was good too. Thanks Mark!
