Husband's Company rented BOBCAT, HAD PROMBLEMS RIGHT AWAY WITH HYDRONIC HOSES AND WHEN CALLED TO GET REPAIRED, WE CALLED OWNER OF LAPEER RENT ALL AND NOTHING BUT B.S CAME OUT HIS MOUTH. HE DID NOT HONOR THE RENTAL AGREEMENT THAT WE SIGNED SAYING THEY WILL PROVIDE MAINTENANCE AND NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS TRYING TO FIX THIER MACHINE

See this company? Avoid! Repeatedly rents out broken equipment and extremely rude customer service! Family rented from them this morning and the equipment was DANGEROUSLY broken! When item was returned the gentleman at the counter refused to acknowledge the equipment as faulty. Said it 'flies off the shelf everyday'. Referred to it as the 'midget rototiller'. Was told person that attempted use injured back due to bad equipment and not one damn given!

Been coming here for 6years to fill my CO2 tank, today I was told they could not fill it and when I went to go talk to someone about it they went into the office and shut the doors. I will never be back, awful customer service and I will tell everyone I know In. Lapeer to not rent from this company. Rude rude rude!

Yeah just left Lapeer Rental.rented the chocolate fondue fountain for my daughters baby shower. The only thing she requested for the shower was this. It supposedly was brand new.rival was the brand, small noncommercial fountain.it would not heat up.so it was useless. Took it back to Lapeer Rental and they were trying to charge me half the rental of it until they had "a fountain party and could check it out themselves".um NO.I told them I wasn't paying for something that didn't work. They were rude about it and didn't apologize for it not working.treated me as if I was lying about it.sure not very good customer service!
