Exposed Aggregate Concrete is a decorative concrete product that has a timeless appearance. Exposed Agg, is just that, exposed aggregates in the concrete. Let me start off by saying the actual concrete work Kings completed at our community was outstanding, Great Work. What came along with this was $4,000 in landscaping turf repairs. In our estimate it did state all clean up was covered. In the scope later attached they added in no landscaping at the end of a small note already noted on the estimate so I didn't read back over that same small paragraph.
My mistake, they got me. Oversight on my end for that no doubt. I am a construction manager for 25 communities and have had more than $.5 million in concrete jobs performed over the last 3 years. This is the first time I have been left with such a mess to take care of. Watch out for these additional charges or make sure you come to a solid agreement with this team as these additional costs have now thrown me over all of the other prices I had gathered that included proper cleanup.

Unprofessional interview process that paints a face for the company. My fiance went in for a job interview and the guy interviewing him had an emergency and had to go to the hospital and he obviously had to reschedule (understandable) but he has been trying to reschedule for a week and he keeps getting the run around from he said she said, his texts and calls keep getting ignored, and he has left countless voice messages and no response.
