Founded in 1963; on a shoe-string budget, we entered the construction products marketplace as a marketing firm selling privately labeled products under the newly established brand name, KAUFMAN PRODUCTS, Inc. However, within just a few short years, Irvin and Carol Kaufman achieved part of their American dream; their first factory to manufacture products under their own label.
SurePoxy 116 is our most rapid-setting, moisture insensitive, high strength epoxy resin system designed for anchoring threaded rod and rebar into concrete, and for buttering cracks prior to injection. SurePoxy 117 is our rapid-setting, moisture insensitive, high strength epoxy resin system designed for anchoring threaded rod and rebar into concrete, and for buttering cracks prior to injection.
SurePoxy HiBild is a two component, 100% solids, flexibilized epoxy coating, utilizing the inherent advantages of tough epoxy resins, cross-linked with aliphatic adducted hardeners. K Pro CRS is our top-of-the-line chemically resistant sealer that offers superior abrasion and chemical resistance. SurePoxy Protective Coating WD is two-component, water-dispersed, VOC compliant, epoxy curing and sealing compound and protective coating.
Krystal 15 Emulsion is a water-based, acrylic modified curing compound which is resistant to yellowing from UV radiation, making it ideally suited for curing freshly placed interior or exterior architectural concrete where yellowing is unacceptable. DR Cure is a water-based, dissipating resin concrete curing compound, which meets ASTM C-309, Type I Classes A & B.

I was so completely dumbfounded at the lack of respect, and customer service of this place, that I downloaded and signed up for Yelp, just so I could share this. I work for a construction supply company and was directed to pick up materials from Kauffman Products inc. When I arrived a gentleman in the warehouse informed me that I was very lucky, as most everyone working had gone to lunch.
He then changed his story and told me that I, in fact, was not lucky, as he could not locate my paper work. At this time a woman walked outside from the main building, and told the gentleman helping me that she had my paperwork on her desk. She then told him that it would only take her a minute to have said paperwork ready, so i could collect the materials i need and get on with the rest of my day.
I should note that I drove 2 hours from Northern Va to Kauffman Products inc in Baltimore MD, to aquire this material. After informing her warehouse employee that she would only need one minute to get my paperwork ready, she then got in her car and left. I was then told that my only option would be to sit and wait for her lunch break to be over. This woman being unwilling to give a customer one minute of her time is absolutely ridiculous.
To look a customer in the eye and walk away when she had already admitted it would take less than two minutes to process my order, which by the way was sent in a day prior, is a massive failing of customer service. I am sincerely disappointed in this business. I will now have to sit and wait an undetermined amount of time for this woman to come back and do her job.
I am incredibly upset with the utter lack of anything that could possibly resemble customer service here at Kauffman Products inc, in Baltimore Md. I will be informing my superiors of the atrocious service here, and rightfully so, this company will lose our business. I will give one star because there is no option for negative stars.
