Garage door extension placement service was scheduled within a week. I was trying to negotiate the price but he said no, just $250 which was little expensive considering springs were only $22 at Lowes. It only took less than 30 minutes to replace the one broken one and put some grease. Little expensive but service was good.

We have used KJ Doors in over several years in the past. It had been at least 10 years since they were last to our home. They sent Carson who did a wonderful job on three of our garage doors. He was very competent, answered all of our questions, was neat, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the Liftmaster products. He installed new openers for us since ours were so old. Carson was extremely kind and patient when explaining and showing us all the new features. I would highly recommend this company!

Garage door spring broke on Saturday. Used their website to request service. Troy called me when they opened on Monday. By 8:50 AM, Carson was on site, replaced the broken spring and the good one at my request. Lubricated and greased both doors. They are quieter and smoother now than when they were new. Excellent service.they should be top on your list.

Tension spring broke on garage door making it inoperable. Called around to several garage door companies. All said they needed to come out to access the problem, see what type of spring I needed and order a new one. Each time there was a service charge for coming out to the house + the cost of the spring. Called KJ DOORS, told them my problem and was told the price for the repair.

They came out and checked what I needed went back to the shop, came back the same day and repaired the spring. While they were here I asked the cost to replace the door rollers and weather stripping. They also changed those items, did a complete check of the door and got it working like new. The price for all this was less than what if was quoted from some of the other companies for just replacing the tension spring. Would definitely use them in the future if needed.

She took information from us, explaining that the cost would be a bit higher than normal because of the size of the garage door. Carson, their installer, arrived on time and thoroughly explained the installation process and the estimated time. We got quotes from several places before deciding to go with KJ Door Services. We loved the fact that they're a family business, and the person who came out to give us the quote was the same person who came out to install our new garage doors. We were able to pick from a huge selection of colors, and only had to pay a deposit when we ordered the doors.

We have used K & J in the past for minor repairs and they were always very responsive and courteous. This time we bought an entire new garage door opener and couldn't be more pleased. First of all, we love the new opener. It is so quiet that you barely hear it. It also came with a 2 new openers for our cars and an outside keypad. The small unit on the wall of the garage is very nice and has a motion sensor that turns the light on.

It gives time and temp also. The workers were prompt and very pleasant and went about their work quickly. Their response time from first call to actually doing the work was very quick. I heartily recommend them.

KJ Doors is the first place I'd call if I need repair or replacement of a garage door. A few years ago, a KJ Door technician came out and told us he could repair the door but that we should consider replacing the door since at that time it was over 20 years old. He was not sure how long the repair would last. When a tear developed in sheet metal of the door, we knew it was time for replacement.

Of course, we called KJ Doors. They came out on time, were very polite and professional. Again, they recommended a replacement. The door opener was 25 years old as well and not functioning properly. They pointed out that if we sold the house the house inspection would report that the door did not have the proper safety equipment to prevent injury if the door would close and someone or something was in the way.

This time we opted for both door and opener replacement. We were concerned about the safety of the door while we awaited delivery and installation. The technician added a brace to shore up the door temporarily while the replacement door was on order. The door was delivered and installed as promised. The installers were neat, efficient, and polite. We highly recommend KJ Doors for good equipment and great service.

KJ Doors replaced an entry door in my basement. I was very happy with their work from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with in this company was extremely professional and courteous. As the new door is very similar to the previous one, you can't even tell they were here. That is how careful they were with everything. I would definitely work with KJ Doors again and highly recommend them.

Who would smash their garage door with their car? Yes, me. My neighbors like to hit their garage door more than me, so they referred KJ Door to us. They came out and gave a free estimate on the repair of the door. Fortunately, the guy was honest and said he could just replace one panel that I damaged. We talked about the cost of replacing all three doors since they are 17 years old.

But we decided to just do the repair. There was no pressure to replace or buy the doors. If you use a credit card, they charge 3% more. Since they required a 50% deposit to buy the door, I sent then a check. They said it would be two weeks to get the door. They underpromised and overdelivered. The door came in a little over one week and they scheduled my repair within 2 days.

The guy that fixed my door, Jon, was professional, clean and did a very good job. If you are an idiot (oh sorry, I didn't man that) like me and hit your door, I would highly recommend calling them.

Just had KJ Doors replace all of the windows in our house last week. The windows were original to the house (1983) and they needed to go. Half did not open and the other half made wonderful screeching noises when the worn out aluminum windows were open. We contacted KJ around the beginning of August. They came out about a week laster and did an estimate.

After a couple modifications we settled on a price. About 4 weeks later the windows came in and we set up the days for them to come out to put in the windows. Two days and all ten windows were replaced and we love them! The windows they use are Harvey Windows. They seem to be pretty good quality and they use Harvey because they can be custom sized.

The instillation was very easy to set up and they worked very quickly, especially since the windows took extra work because of their original set up. My one minor issue was they caulking they did on the inside of the windows. They were a little sloppy. They did send someone out to caulk a second time, which was much appreciated. Overall, we were very happy and would recommend KJ for window instillation.
