First time remodeling a kitchen, Lori was so much help answering all my questions and helped to walk me through all the steps. My new counter tops were delivered and installed exactly when they said they would be. They are perfect. I would recommend K B Tops to everyone, great people, great job.

We love our Kitchen! From start to finish this has been an enjoyable experience for my wife and I. Kenny listened closely to our list of needs and wants regarding cabinet extras and counters then shared lot's of options with us. We requested an odd color but seemed to be no problem for them, counter was cut and installed exceptionally well. Price, can't be beat for this level of service. Thanks KB!

EXTREEMLY HAPPY! BEAUTIFUL WORK! We had a Full Renovation done with many custom built ins and extras that Kenny helped us out with the decisions. We could not be happier with EVERYTHING they did for us. This is a family owned and run local business and you can defiantly tell they care. On our 1st visit while waiting for Kenny to come back from another appointment his father took us in the back to show us around.

Horrible experience. Kenny is extremely pompous and arrogant. He proceeded to talk over me when I was addressing my concerns, and boldly stated he would not fix my cabinets as I got what I paid for. If you choose to use this company because of the price, then yes.you will get what you pay for. However, I had no choice as this was the company my builder used in the construction of my new home.

Several cabinets where damaged upon my walkthrough, and many had uneven stain. They are horrible. He said the cabinets were not his problem as he did not damage them, and the stain will sometimes not blend evenly. My cabinets are supposed to be tobacco colored. They seem to alternate between tobacco and cherry. He indicated that I again got what I paid for because the same cabinets were the model home.

I noted that the finish on the cabinets in the model home looked fantastic, but clearly the cabinets in my home had uneven stain. I merely requested that the apply another coat or just give me the stain. He refused. Calling the office does no good as it is a family owned business. I am glad others are pleased. People do worked hard for their money and should be pleased. I am not.

Finally found their tiny office. Opened the door to find two gentlemen blocking the door, neither of whom made an offer to let me in. Made my way past these presumed professional employees who were openly discussing how another employee never does any work. Didn't care for their language or lack of interest in helping a customer.

Great prices on cabinets and fast turn around time. saved $200.00 on one cabinet over a box store and 1 week faster to pick up

Over-priced product, poor workmanship and even worse customer service. Definitely would not recommend this company.
