Opened in 1983 by Ken & Becky lee, we are a family owned and operated business. K&B will remain in our family as daughter Jessica Potts and husband R.J. Potts transition into ownership.
These slants are designed to prevent any water from going down into your chimney and entering your house. Most people do not really pay much attention to their rain pan only because they're not really noticeable. Since rain pans are constantly in contact with water, they can easily rust. Once a rain pan has begun to rust, you may experience leaking with your chimney, which can result in expensive damage. RJ was extremely professional, friendly and helpful in assisting me with ordering a custom made chimney pan for one of my customers. A quote was given immediately, after instruction on how to get the precise measurements and the turnaround time was only a few days! I called K&B Fabrication on 1/25/2021 and spoke with RJ. I told him I was looking to have a chimney cap and chase made. He told me the chase is a rain pan. To make a long story short, when I went to pick up the chimney cap and chase, he only gave me a chase and said that was the only thing I gave him dimensions for - even though he had the circumference of the hole for the cap.
It was a bait and switch and I ended up being cheated. I would not recommend doing business with them - if you do, get it in writing first - otherwise, he will not be honest. That was my mistake.

The quality of the chimney caps designed, fabricated and installed is totally amazing. Also the installation crew was very professional and payed close attention to the details to remove the existing caps and replace the new one. I highly recommend K&B as an incredible company with custom products that look amazing.

I ended up calling this company after being referred to a different company by our contractor. The other company had the worst customer service on the planet. When I called K&B Phillip answered the phone. He was very kind and knowledgeable about what I needed help with. I will highly recommend this company to anyone I know that needs a new chimney cap.
