I have never used a worse company for anything in my life. If you want to do gutters once, don't come here. Every corner leaked on these "seamless" gutters. Every one is pitched incorrectly where it doesn't drain and just spills over the top, flooding my basement. I had rotted cedar gutters before these and never had any flooding. That should tell you something.

I called them back asking for them to repair their mistakes and John Raymond came by to take a look. He said, "Who installed these? I should fire them!" And proceeded to never come back to fix it. I patiently waited for months for a call back and nothing. And now they just ignore. I was always taught to fix my mistakes ESPECIALLY when someone paid me to do the job. Poor business. Never use them if you value your hard earned money.

I called them last Friday and spoke to the owner who said he would be out this week to clean 40feet of gutter in the front of my house. I called the secretary the following Monday and she said she would call me back that day to let me know exactly when they would be out. she never called. I called again on Wednesday and she did not call me back. I called again on Thursday and she said she would call me right back. she did not.

I just called to say I was confused and unhappy, she put me on hold and a minute later said "it's too bad your not happy " then she hung up on me. by far the most unreliable and ignorant contractor I ever spoke to. think twice before calling them, way to many other gutter companies out there

JNR installed gutters on my newly constructed home. The gutters were sized incorrectly and water gushed over the sides, wearing out the paint on the side of my house. My several calls to correct the problem were unresponsive. Each time, "Paula" said that someone would come out to look at the problem. Never happened. Stay away from JNR.

Disrespectful, untrustworthy and a bully of a business that does not complete the work as outlined in their proposal. They installed an IKO roofing system on the house we purchased for a previous elderly owner outlining that they would install (1) 15 lb weight felt paper applied to roof deck (2) install IKO shingles (3) install.060 mil rubber roof on three flat sections.

As the new owner having full inspection of the house prior to purchase, it was found that despite the previous owner having paid in full for all items to be completed as outlined in the proposal, JNR Gutters did not complete items (1) and (3). When calling to understand what was exactly done with the roof and to question them why they would sell a bill of goods to anyone without actually completing the work as outlined, the manager on the phone yelled explicative language at me and threatened to assault my family. My advice is to find another contractor.

Worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with! Customer service completely nonexistent here. Very unprofessional and they don't seem to care that their reputation is so negative. Since dealing with them I've spoken to at least a half dozen other people (contractors, roofers, customers) who have had similar issues with JNR.

Less than 6 month old roof leaking. Bought a completely renovated 1930's bungalow from a builder/flipper who used JNR to install the new roof. Called JNR repeatedly and received the same response "I'll have someone call you back". Received this response at least a dozen times in 1 week. No one ever called me back. Called a Chimney Company who came right and and informed me that the roofers never installed lead flashing around the chimney and water was getting in. JNR doesn't plan to take any responsibility and told me to stop calling them and hung up on me.

Come to find out they never pulled permit for the roof work. JNR then informed me that the builder never asked for the flashing to be installed. I guess you get what you pay for. I dare you to find 1 positive review on this company.

We had a horrible experience with JNR Gutters. We contacted them in November 2014 to clean the gutters of our house. They came out and provided an estimated for doing the work -- we agreed and paid them of deposit of about 30%. We then did not hear back from them. at all. and received no response to our repeated attempts to reach them. About a month later we were told that someone would contact us within 2 weeks to schedule the work. and then we never heard back from them. Eventually. it was too late in the season and too late with too much snow and ice to do the work.

We started to try to reach them again in March and again we got no response --- finally, when we spoke to someone in early May, they were still not able to schedule the work. we asked for our refund of our deposit which we finally did receive.

They put on my roof in 2009 - never returned to do the clean up. Found this out when another company came to clean my gutters and gave me a contractors bag full of roofing materials! I have had ice dams for three years in a row and they have not returned to assess my roof though I have called and spoken to at least three different people and been promised return calls and a visits - it has never happened. What good is a warranty with them!

I'm shocked at how rude they seemed from my initial phone call. I read reviews and I am not surprised to hear terrible reviews on customer service. I would not do business with JNR even just based on first impression!

If you are considering hiring J N R Gutters for anything, I would encourage you to find someone else unless you want to be treated with disrespect, contempt and lied to by the president John and his partner Kevin. This company was hired to replace the roofs at the condo complex I live in. John made promises that he later refused to keep. J N R caused damage to my ceiling after a crew removed my skylights during a torrential thunderstorm.

The one time I was able to reach John on the phone, he proceeded to mock me and tell me "I shouldn't get so worked up over things because life is too short" and said "God hears everything and knows when I cuss" then hung up on me. I left numerous messages over an extended period without one call back. J N R Gutters is not a customer service oriented company.

Once they have your business, they treat you with disrespect and contempt and do all they can to avoid you. J N R was fined over $40,000 from OSHA for safety infractions during this job.

The quality of their work is lousy and the manner with which they communicate is horrible. I did not get one response to numerous phone messages I had left. They had already cashed my deposit check yet made no effort to contact me to schedule a date to have the work done. Finally, sometime following my 5th phone call, a man contacted me at 7am! to try and give me the heads up(literally) that they were coming by in an hour to do the job.

Round 2: they did not finish the work and needed to return to finish it. Once again I made attempts to contact JNR Gutters in order to find out what was going on and once again no reply until 8am 2 days later. Once again they just decided to come at a moments notice to finish the job. It suffices to say that it was not a unnacceptable for them to come by, esp. without talking with me first. Talk about unprofessional. With all the licensed roofers out there I will opt for another contractor in the future.
