Called right before the new year to have 2, 1000gallon tanks pumped and 2 risers installed. Came out 4 days later and installed in a very timely manner. Technician Rob also located drain field at no extra cost, great guys!

He was courteous, charming and very informative about how our system worked and what maintenance issues needed our attention. Excellent service. The service tech that came out was friendly and knowledgeable, showed me how to access and clean the effluent filter (my first time cleaning a newly installed system) and helped me establish an ongoing baseline maintenance frequency going forward. Also have to give them kudos for how they handled a scheduling error that caused my initial appointment to be missed. They went above and beyond getting things right and having the service rescheduled quickly. All signs of a great business! Thanks again!

The first plus was that a real person answered the phone when I called to schedule an appointment to have my septic tank pumped. Customer service was extremely polite and efficient and so we're the gentlemen who arrived to perform the septic service. I would definitely use again and would not hesitate to recommend to a friend!

I have used this company for many years without a problem for my septic tank pumping. Apparently new owners and a bit of a fluster cluck arranging my appointment. 2 emails and 3 appointments later finally got it done. Rob, the service pro was a breathe of fresh air (no pun intended). He has been with Jack Spack forever and is still hardworking and professional. Perhaps new office staff needed?
