Building my new home in Cape CHARLES was nothing less than fabulous. Matt, Mike, and Brian made This project move smoothly. It's a beautiful home, it's an amazing company.

We used JM Froehler Construction for our home renovation (kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) They endured many obstacles (Covid-19 restrictions, staff and supply shortages). They were able to manage the project with precision and excellent communication during these difficult situations. The subcontractors they utilized throughout our project were very professional and provided attention to detail, including ownership with each phase of the work performed (demo, plumbing, electrical, tiling, painting etc.).

Each subcontractor's work reflected quality, artistry, and pride. Their management team starting with their Superintendent (JR) was superior as demonstrated through his technical knowledge of the multiple facets of the project and administration (schedules, material availability, etc.). They were also really responsive, prompt, and readily available for every scenario.

We are exceedingly happy with the results; our home looks great and is a dream come true. We'd strongly recommend them to anyone and to each person reading this review. We cannot describe all the top qualities of JM Froehler in this review, you'll just need to hire them and experience it for yourselves!

We were very satisfied with both the quality of work and overall experience at JM Froehler when they did our kitchen and living room overhaul. Everyone was conscientious and responsive. When there was an infrequent concern over subcontractors work, they were very responsive and ensured things were made right.

We waited two weeks for an appointment, trusted this company, and less than an hour of the scheduled time, the secretary called saying they don't remodel kitchens at this time, when I specifically spoke for 15 minutes explaining what we wanted done when I made the appointment. Very sad, that we wasted 2 weeks when we could have started the process with another company and frankly shocked that a company like this would do this to someone without caring about the time that it takes to just get a company to come to your house, the design, etc. Thanks to you Mrs Froehler, most likely we won't have a kitchen for Christmas.

Everything about this company is tops. Very professional, clean, on time, friendly and the quality of craftsmanship is fantastic. We hired them a few years ago to remodel our kitchen. They did such a great job we have hired them again to remodel our master bathroom.

Matt & Mike have an unmatchable team at JM Froehler! They are organized, honest, and timely. They use quality materials and treat your home like it is a home and not a jobsite. When problems arise they solve them swiftly and do not take any short cuts. Best in the area and could not recommend more!

My husband and I highly recommend JM Froehler Construction! We recently finished a two story addition including two new master bedrooms and bathrooms. The whole experience went much more smoothly than we ever expected. It was great working with Matt, Mike, JR and their many tradesmen. They were on schedule and reliable, they paid attention to detail, and they were attentive and pleasant to work with. They made the whole project seamless and, most of all, delivered a beautiful home addition with everything we wanted!

We used Froehler Construction to gut most of a 1960 house and install new kitchen, baths and add two new wings. They did a terrific job and finished on schedule. We honestly had a good time working with the JM Froehler Company. We had waited a long time to do our renovations but the time was right for us and they were the right company. They were progressive and innovative and made great suggestions to utilize the space in our home in a creative way. Matt did a fine job in laying out in an easy to understand and modern way the plan best suited for our budget to enlarge our dining room, renovate our large bathroom and add a laundry and craft room.

He made appropriate suggestions and changes so we were able to incorporate all the things we had in mind. Mike, Brian and JR all kept in touch through a CoConstruct app on my smart phone and always were around to answer questions and explain what we asked. Their Subcontractors were second to none and we felt all to be precise and very knowledgeable in their crafts.

They worked clean and rarely left a mess behind. We were around all the time and if something was not done to our liking - they did everything possible to make it right! Overall we highly recommend their work and would use them again! Thank you.
