Air duct cleaning is not a sideline business or an after thought for us; our technicians are air duct cleaners only! They do not perform carpet cleaning, chimney sweeping, floor refinishing, pressure washing, etc. HVAC Cleaning Technologies uses the very best equipment around.
With over 25 years in the industry, Scott has been the owner of HVAC Cleaning Technologies for over 21 years. He is NADCA, ASCS, and CVI certified. Scott lives in Cumming, GA and has one child & 3 Great Danes. Has been around the industry all his life and has recently chosen to pursue a career in it.
HVAC Cleaning Technologies was founded in 1999 for one reason; Atlanta Georgia and the surrounding area did not have enough quality air duct cleaning companies serving the area. Of course duct cleaners are everywhere, you can't pick up any kind of advertising publication in the area and not see at least 2 or more trying to lure customers in with their "discount services".
At HVAC Cleaning Technologies, we employ a source removal technique using our Power Vac Trucks and specially designed duct cleaning tools in our air duct cleaning process. Attach a 10 suction hose to the ductwork at the furnace, this hose runs out to our Power Vac Truck which will remove all the debris from the duct system and your home while we clean.

We had a great experience with HVAC Cleaning Technologies! Christi and her team were the best - they were friendly, professional and so helpful in answering all of our questions. I highly recommend Scott and HVAC Cleaning Technologies. He and his team were awesome. Great communication before the service. Rearranged their schedule to fit me in to ensure my house was ready for my asthmatic child coming home from college. Arrived on time and ready to work. Cleaned three systems in a flash with no mess. The best in the business. My sister-in-law who recently moved into a restored house used them and were thrilled. I was there when Christi and Braxton cleaned there duct work. Christi and Alex were thorough and efficient while cleaning our duct work and checking out our HVAC system. They gave great advice and suggestions to keep our system up and running well. They also replaced all of our vent covers which was such a nice service and wasn't much more expensive than if we had replaced them ourselves. They were kind and professional. I would highly recommend utilizing their services!

Scott was amazing. He was responsive to my initial inquiry and gave a reasonable quote. He came at the time he said he would. Him and his crew were very professionally and explained everything as they were doing it. Cleaning out my dryer vent was a little more involved than normal so it took more time, but the price adjustment from the original quote was completely reasonable. I will definitely use him again and will refer to friends and family.

Such a great experience! They have only been gone an hour and I swear I'm breathing better. I knew my house was dusty but I really did not fathom what all is involved in cleaning TWO hvac systems & vents. I just could not be more impressed. I was contacted by Scott immediately after my inquiry and given a pretty thorough walk through of the process and an upfront price.
That price did not change. Well, it did because I added new air vent covers! And very happy to have done it. Christi is fantastic and pointed out a couple things that should be looked at and even gave me some contact names. Christi and Alex were professional and very thorough. I could tell they really enjoyed what they do and they were good at it. They explained everything they were going to be doing so I knew when and where they would be coming and going. Christi did a wonderful job walking me through pictures and pointing out a couple areas we needed to look at in the future. I really enjoyed talking with both of them and how they explained things. Very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them.

Christi & Alex did an outstanding job for us. During a recent remediation conducted at our home, we had been without heat for three weeks. HVAC Cleaning Technologies responded immediately the day after the remediation was completed. They arrived on time on the dot and completed the HVAC and duct cleaning for us very quickly. Since we were working from home - Christi and Alex phased the cleaning throughout the house so we could continue to work. Christi also checked on the system, replaced the filter and had the heat on in no time. They were also very professional, personable and made the whole process a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.

These guys do exactly what they agree too. They even canceled due to wet weather in order to keep the interior of my home as clean as possible. The air conditioner runs much better following their service and my filters are much cleaner. Finally, two months following the cleaning, I noticed a loose duct due to settling and they came back free of charge and checked all the ducts again. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for no gimmicks and a great job.
