David was amazing. He went over every detail, every option, outcomes, recommendations and what he would do. I've never felt so comfortable with a tech because I always feel like they are out to make you pay the most. Not here, David is genuine and I hope he will always be the man that services my home. Our new split heater/cooling unit was making a weird noise, so I finally called and got a tech out. Adrian was our tech and was The Best! He was super helpful and took the time to understand what was going on with the unit (spoiler alert: it wasn't anything bad and he was able to fix it). I think the best part though was how nice he was. We ended up talking about plants as he was fixing the unit.
It was a nice and unexpected conversation! He was also mindful that it was during a pandemic and made sure to wear a mask properly. I appreciated his expertise as well as the conversation.

Mario diagnosed a failed A/C capacitor and completed the repair promptly. When that was done, he went the extra mile to attenuate the refrigerant level properly, resulting in a much better cooling outflow. He also cleaned the unit thoroughly and answered all of my questions. His high level of professionalism and courtesy are why I remain a Heatmasters customer for over 20 years. Great job, Mario!

Adrian was so kind and professional. He fixed my AC right, not like the guy before him. He apologized twice for the terrible job that the serviceman before him did. Adrian knew his stuff and got my AC working in no time. I wish that Heatmasters would send out more people like Adrian when there's a job to be done. Heatmasters needs more servicemen like Adrian to keep their customers happy and satisfied. Thanks Adrian!

We have always had professional and good service from Heatmasters! We have been using them for over 2 years and have found all their technicians to be knowledgeable and more than capable. Adrian J. Was very personable, did a thorough inspection on both our units and provided some tips on how to get the most from our units. We will request him next spring when it's time for the A/c maintenance!

I like the fact that we are scheduled with the same repair man. Not sure if the company does it this way, but it is reassuring. He comes here twice a year for servicing. Andy knows my family, my dogs. He always does a great job and has great suggestions. Heatmasters has taken care of our furnace needs for many years. I have been on their service plan for years. It is great! You get two cleanings / prep work a year. You can set it up or they will call to schedule. If there is an emergency or something just isn’t right, the visit is free and any needed parts / labor is discounted. When my old system was close to death, I even bought from them and feel I got a good value.
Aside from that, their service has always been top notch- from the appointment team to the sales team but most importantly the technicians. Michael (most recent) took the proper COVID-19 procedures, brought everything he needed, explained what I should watch for on my unit and cleaned up after himself. He did all of this with a smile in his eye (remember wearing a mask) and friendly service.

Dave Vaughn has been servicing my units for over ten years. He is excellent. Always shows up on time and is always very thorough in his maintenance checks and takes time to explain to me what the issues are. He is excellent to work with. Today he had an assistant, Mario, with him who was also very professional.

They installed a new boiler in our home and after starting the job they discovered we had many pipes that were rusted and needed replaced. We should have had to call a plumber but they took the additional time and replaced the pipes and made sure our boiler was working perfectly! They were wonderful to work with!

Mike, a field personnel, came out to our shop this morning to inspect our air conditioning units that hadn't been serviced in a very long time. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and all around awesome! He took the time to explain each step of his process and show us how to safely and correctly change our air filters. We are lucky to have had such a pleasant experience and will be using Heatmasters again in the future for our HVAC needs.
