Literally never showed up to do the work. Called & was transferred to Jordan who claimed he didn't need to see the job first. He said it would be 2-3 days. I called more than a week later to find that Jordan hadn't even written down any of the information. Kind of hard to show up for a job when you don't bother with the little details like your customer's name, etc. Spoke with Jeremy who set a time that afternoon to look at the job for a bid.

After waiting for 90 minutes I called a 3rd time and got Jordan again who thought it was hilarious that he had forgotten the first time. He then needed to see the job (after his initial bravado of "I don't need to look, we do that all the time "), he finally showed up, gave me a quote and said it would be the following week. That was two weeks ago. Never saw or heard from this company again and don't expect to. Do yourself a favor and hire a responsible professional, not a bunch of immature little boys.

Had some ductwork made and I have to say perfect and fast. Nice to know someone can read a tape.

I really like these guys. Texted one of their service guys (Kevin) this morning with a photo of our heater/AC filter, wondering if it needed changing. He texts right back that he'll bring out a couple today. And he did. Show'd me how to install (it's a fancy pants filter) and said he wasn't charging me for the visit, just the filters. (1/17/20) Couldn't find a link to add a new review so I'll just add to this one from a year ago.

We've been using Butzer for years and they never disappoint. We bought one of their top-of-the-line heating/AC units a couple of years ago and it's been great. This winter we've noticed the house has been really dry and there was a service light on the humidifier element. I texted one of the Dave (who gave me his mobile number and told me to text him day or night) and next day he and Mark came out (freezing rain at the time).

They found the problem (a filter that had never been changed) and fixed it on the spot. Even took time to check the hardness of our water which feeds the system. And every experience with Butzer has been like this. I don't know if Butzer is more expensive than "the other guys" but do not care. They are worth whatever they charge.
