The Ballasted EPDM Roof System utilizes large EPDM sheets held in place by smooth river stone or pavers. This system is extremely versatile and available in several different variations. When stone ballast is used, this system is the most economical. The smooth stones used in this system offer an aesthetically pleasing surface appearance.
They not only performed within the job schedule, but also were cooperative with the other Subcontractors. We hope to obtain their services on future jobs. I always hold my breath on bid days because of our desire that Gunter will be low bid and get the contract. I consider Gunter personnel to be very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and caring people.

Contacted Mike at Gunters Roofing about repairing some metal on our Steeple at our Church which had been damaged by a storm. Talked to him on the phone and he told me they did that type of work and would stop by and take a look at it and give me an estimate, even texted him pictures of what we needed. Waited on him for 3 or 4 months and he never showed up to look at what we talked about and from that point on he would never answer any of my texts and it showed up on my phone that he read every one.
I even asked in one text if your company isn't interested in doing the job just let me know so we could proceed at finding another company to do the job at which he never responded to that either. Based on my experience I would not recomend Gunter Roofing.
