Graves Plumbing Company, Inc. was started by Norbert Graves in 1964. He worked out of his home by himself with one truck providing home repairs to the Linton area. Now in 2009 we employee 22 people full-time, have 18 trucks & 12,000 square feet of warehouse & office space. The company provides commercial maintenance and installation services from Lafayette to Anderson to Louisville to Evansville and anywhere in between. In 1985 we out grew our facility on South Main Street in Linton. So we bought 12 acres west of Switz City and built a new office/warehouse.

My husband and I moved to Greene County over 3 years ago. We used Graves for a small job when we first moved. They were expensive but showed up. Several months ago we tried to hire them to add a 2nd bathroom in our garage area. It was already plummed but needed a line dug and the fixtures installed. My husband had prostate cancer and it was important to add a 2nd bathroom.
After filling out a request online with no return call, my husband called the office and someone came out to give us an estimate. We never heard a thing after that. My husband made several calls over several months and was told, "Eric does the quotes and will call you back." I thought I'd try again myself last week and was told the same thing about Eric needing to return my call.
I even told the man answering the phone to let me know if they didn't want to do it. Apparently either Eric doesn't know how to use a phone or is just unprofessional. I've heard great things about Graves. Too bad my review couldn't have been 5 stars but that's on them. I don't recommend giving them your hard earned money!
