Called for repair service on repairing shingles on bay window, they never called back. I called the next week, they said sorry someone will get back to me. Someone then did call, take my information, and then asked if I was home and said they would try to get out that day. They never showed up, never followed up, and never called back. Poor service!

Did a great job on fixing a bad flat roof and replace shingles on whole structure. Also had them install gutters with screens so no more clogged gutters during rainy season. My husband and I were so pleased with the service provided by Gold Star Construction & Roofing. They came out quickly to inspect our roof after a storm, gave us a free estimate, and were friendly. When we had questions, they called us back promptly. They helped us work with the insurance company and made the entire process of getting a new roof easy for us. What a great experience! Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous people. From the first call with Tina to the end of the job I now have a nice new roof and gutter system. Will was very helpful and took the time to explain and answer all of my questions and followed up during the job. I complement the whole crew for their hard work. Amazing how they worked around my flower beds, not a plant was harmed.

I would like everyone to know how satisfied I was with Gold Star Roofing. They did a great job on my roof. They came right out after I had damage and gave me an estimate. They worked for my insurance company and everything went smoothly. Replaced my skylights and everything looks great. I love the way they put the black trimming all the way around my house. I'm getting compliments from my neighbors. Will recommend to anyone ask.

Richard arrived about 7 a.m. Saturday morning and the roofing crew shortly after. They put out tarps to protect my plantings and catch any nails that might fall. They were done about noon and had run a magnet for the nails cleaned up all the debris and blew the carport and porch clean. Richard and Monte came this afternoon to check on everything. Yes, I am very happy. Thank you, guys.

I received four quotes from different roofing companies and selected Gold Star to replace my recently hail damaged roof. Will came out the day after I requested a quote and provided a fairly priced, very detailed proposal during the same visit. He provided a lot of good information and was able to address all of my questions and concerns. The installation occurred on schedule a couple of weeks later as Will had indicated and we are very pleased with the professional behavior, quality of work, and results that Gold Star provided. Monte Black did a great job of ensuring that our concerns were met and that all of the details were covered.
The job also included replacement of our gutters and we were very pleased with the service, and quality of that as well. I am very pleased with every aspect of the service that Gold Star provided and I recommend them highly!

Gold Star Roofing did a great job. They were very courteous, thorough and professional. Will was extremely helpful in dealing with my insurance company after we sustained hail damage. Everyone that I spoke with was beyond helpful. They completed my roof in one day and did a fantastic job. Mr. Monte and his crew did top notch work and he made sure that my wife and I were happy with the work performed.
Gold Star even has a 5 year warranty on their work and the roof itself. They are worth the money. I recommended them to my parents and will use them in the future if I need more roofing work done.

GOLD STAR roofing is a high quality professional company that I would highly recommend. They installed a roof system on our house detached garage and shed. they started early in the morning and by late afternoon were done. You can tell this company takes pride in the work they do. Its been a week since the work was done and we haven, t found not one roof nail in the yard yet.
