I engaged Rick Garhart in the last week on Dec 2009 to complete two rooms in the basement and was estimated to be completed Feb 28, 2010. I am writing this on June 25th 2010 and the contractor is yet to complete the work. Even the drywall work is not yet finished at this point. All payments that are due have been paid and the contractor hardly ever shows up. He promptly returns phone calls until he closes the deal. But once the deal is closed, you are left with talking to his voice mail. If you like to make payments and forget getting the work done, here is your contractor. Good Luck!
