I have been a customer of GNH for 14 years. I find there materials to be of a superior quality than any big box. I also find that their prices are better or equal. They always have or can order anything I ever asked for.

Love supporting local business. I gutted and re built my home with 80% supplies from gnh. Always helpful pros. I don't mind spending the extra few dollars at gnh.

The quality of the lumber from GNH is second to none. I've used the competitor's grade 2 lumber and was highly disappointed when I was delivered twisted and moldy wood that I ultimately had to return. GNH supplied Grade A lumber at equal or less expensive prices than the inferior wood offered by other lumber yards and at a lower delivery fee. In addition, they e-mailed me after the order and confirmed the delivery time, as well as had the delivery driver call me with a heads up before arriving. I've had to ask other yards to do this, which half the time they wouldn't do. GNH did this without me even asking. Great service and a quality product!

Was not happy called a heard before I went to the store was told they had sixteen bags of red mulch asked them to hold them that I was on my way I wanted all of them. When I got there I paid for 16 bags and then found out they only had 6 so I had to go back into the store to get my money back very disappointed with their customer service

Consistently bad service. As if every customer is an inconvenience. Especially customers who come back a few times in the same day. They just sit behind the desk complaining. If there were another Ben Moore dealer nearby we would never set foot in here again. I can only assume they do enough business based on their location that they don't have to be friendly or helpful to customers.

Very Disappointed, the quality control is zero.dont buy lumber here beware! Ordered pressure treated No.1 prime lumber at top dollar price and they delivered sub prime lumber for my deck job with tons of knots, cracks and splits. then their delivery guy doesn't respect you property at all and ripped up my lawn with his piggy back fork lift because he is too lazy to move the machine when turning the wheel thus digging holes in my lawn with the tire. What happened to pride in your job and respect for your customers property.

Great staff and great service. They always have or can order what I need. Good clean store with lots of selection. I will never choose another Lumber Yard to shop at as long as this one is around.

Even after 10 years of shopping at this local hardware store chain and spending over $200,000 at their various stores (after building two homes), I'm never greeted at this branch in a friendly, familiar way. And forget about calling to see if they have an item. They'll say yes over the phone and still won't have the item when you get there. So for once, don't shop local. Go to a big box store, get a better price and better service.
