Gary, Josh, Jake and Brett were wonderful. They made sure they kept my house clean while getting in and out my dirty crawl space all day long. Josh F, Joe P, and David M worked on my house to add in some structural support to lift the floor where it had sagged near our stairwell. They were able to work in a fairly small space around some sensitive utilities with no issues. They were completed far quicker than I expected and were very thorough. Would highly recommend! Great experience, beginning to end. The field inspector (Tim Ogle) was very thorough. He walked us through the assessment process, answered all our questions & gave us a "what to expect" overview. The crew members (Collin J. & Ricky S.) were awesome. They were friendly, professional, "On-Time" (definitely a plus) & worked diligently. Foundation Recovery is at the top of my list for future concrete work.

After some typical St. Louis weather of snow -> 70 degrees -> rain/ice, our basement had a steady stream of water flowing from about a dozen places. It was a mess! We got estimates for waterproofing systems and sump pumps from a couple of companies. We went with Foundation Recovery Systems, even though they weren't the cheapest quote. We felt good about having a solid company do the work, the warranty and guarantee, and the ability to finance this unplanned expense. Brandon did a great job explaining all of this in advance and getting us on the schedule quickly.

The team of Josh F, Joe P, and David M arrived on time early Monday morning and got right to work. By Wednesday morning the work was complete, and our basement was dry as a bone. The guys worked HARD all day! They never stopped. Multiple times during the process my wife and I would say to each other, "Wow! That is hard work!" Jackhammering, carrying concrete, digging - after seeing what was involved we definitely feel that we went with the right company!

I wouldn't want someone who does this part-time. These guys knew their stuff! Plus they were self-sufficient and easy to talk to. They were always happy to answer questions we had while they were on site. And they went the extra mile, despite some curveballs due to the layout of our house. It turns out that we had A LOT of water that had built up along the side of our house.

Our new pump has been running like crazy. It's easy to understand why we had water coming in, and can only imagine the bigger problems we could have had if we had tried to kick this problem down the road. We definitely plan to renew the service plan a year from now to keep all of our bases covered. It's so great to be able to use our basement for whatever we want now, without worrying that our belongings will be damaged or destroyed. Thank you Josh F, Joe P, David M, and Brandon A!

Gary Duvall & Josh Wilson were great workers on our basement! They kept in touch with me through the entire process & made sure we were informed. They had a difficult job to do in our basement, but never complained and always had a great attitude. The salesman did not provide adequate communication through the process, but it got worked out with the awesome team of workers we had.

As a first time home buyer, running into foundational issues in the first year of owning a home is less than ideal. We called foundation recovery and Jeremy came out to check out the house and give us a quote the next day. He was extremely helpful in explaining the root causes of our issues and how best to fix them. Because he knew we were on a budget, he did not shy away from telling us aspects that were crucial to fix and items that could wait a while before fixing.

We scheduled our service for two weeks out. Jacob, Cameron U, and John were always on time, professional, and friendly. They explained in detail what they would be doing to the house and the effects it would have long term. They even finished the job earlier than expected and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. I would definitely recommend foundation recovery to anyone needing work done to their house.

We highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems. The crew arrived on time, walked the site, explained the process, and got right to work. The crew ran like a well-oiled machine. It was impressive to watch. When they were done, we walked the site again, shown how to use the pump and dehumidifier, given all manuals, and received answers to all our questions.

The basement was left clean and better than when they got there. Carlos, the team lead, even complimented us, as customers, for having the basement ready for them.
