Great service! They helped me pick carpet for a basement, loaded it in my truck and helped me tie it down. So much better than a big box store or Local discount carpet store. Cost was less than the others too. I'll go back next time I need flooring.

Dan was very helpful and patient while we selected a countertop and floor for our kitchen and arranged to get us samples before we decided on flooring. The installations went well and Dan kept in touch throughout. We wanted to keep our purchase local and will be back to Finer Floors for carpeting when we're ready.

Finer Floors has been so amazing to work with! I started my project back in November and and got delayed numerous times. I had already ordered the flooring and Dan was so gracious to hold my carpet and make arrangements for the laminate until we were ready to install in the house. They have been so patient with me calling in and asking lots of questions. They are wonderful!

What's the first moment I walked into Finer Floors, and met Dan until the end of the project, the service I received was exceptional. Dan was very helpful and encouraging me to choose the right product, making sure that I took the product home to view it in light, and shade, and checked to make sure I was satisfied with what I chosen. Dan's communication was thorough throughout the process, checking in at appropriate times for installation. The installer that he had sent was prompt, prepared, efficient, with a great work ethic, and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend anyone to use Finer Floors.

Mike is incredibly responsive and communicative. We've had Finer Floors install laminate and carpet in three houses and the product and workmanship is always superior. This place is great! We worked with Mike after our house flooded and we needed to have new floors put in. He was wonderful to work with!
