After touring the home and consulting with the original installers and contractors who worked on your home, you will be presented with a home care maintenance proposal. This proposal is tailored to meet your needs for your home or property. Whether you are a full time resident or only able to enjoy your home periodically, we will adjust the frequency of our visits to meet your individual needs.
Periodic maintenance of your property is the most economical way to keep your home looking and performing at its best capacity. Fifth Season believes that the majority of periodic maintenance tasks can be completed with relative ease during scheduled visits to your home. Some periodic maintenance tasks may be more extensive and require the assistance of a team of professionals we work with. We will ensure that these types of items are handled (with your knowledge) before extensive damage or maintenance to your home occurs.
Fifth Season, Inc. offers a wide range of seasonal services throughout the year ensuring "peace of mind" for our clients knowing that their investment is in competent hands and that the work is being completed to your and our standards. If the Fifth Season staff is unable to perform the duties in house; we will hire, supervise, and pay the the professionals needed to complete these services.
If you are a periodic resident of Montana, the staff of Fifth Season, Inc., will develop a pre/post visit plan for you so that your home is ready for your arrival and secure after your departure. We are flexible and these items are tailored to your specific needs. You will also have an opportunity to take advantage of our client login section of our website in which you will be able to keep track of the progress of services performed at your home.Your home check walk-through may be adjusted accordingly to better accommodate your pre or post-visit and will be included in your monthly cost of services.
