My kitchen sink had a significant leak and I called SEVEN places and EPIC was the only company that called me back. The office staff was extremely professional and very communicative during the entire process of evaluation, appointment setting, discussion of quotes, and followup questions. David installed a new vanity in my bathroom, then fitted the plumbing to match the new sink and installed the faucet. All the work was performed quickly and professionally. Wonderful service. We had an outside drain that ran from our backyard to the street and it was full of pine needles so water was not draining properly. John came out on time and had it flowing properly in an hour. Getting ready for the storm season and this was worth every penny. The service man JOHN, tried to temporarily fix problem.n to see what the damage was before actual appointment next day- but no sooner after he left water started gushing out of galvanized piping- I called John - he came right back - he said, "there's no way I can leave you with this problem I'm going to take care of it for you." John n his co-worker Matt brought brand new water heater within an hour n bith stayed way after hours till job was completed n mess cleaned up. They was thorough, professional and walked me through each step- awesome experience- great service

Mr. Chance was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough inspection and investigation to find out the problem with the 'hammering' pipes in the ceiling. After his diagnosis, he advised me of the steps to take to try and solve the problem. He actually took the first step by lowering the temperature of the hot water. It's only a few hours ago.

Thus far I cannot hear the hammering pipes. This call, investigation and diagnosis was done free of charge. I dare anyone to call a plumber to come to her or his home and wouldn't have to pay a service fee. I trust Epic Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs because I know that they will do great work at a fair price. I will refer Epic Plumbing to my large network of family and friends and I strongly endorse them to whomever needs plumbing work done.

Cast iron sewer collapsing. Asked Epic for an estimate. They came out and looked but said they would need $500 to do a full estimate running cameras and plotting plan. I agreed only if they would provide videos and map of rerouting plan. They would apply the $500 to bill if we chose them. Turns out their estimate was double the estimate of company we chose.

That company did a free estimate. They did spend several hours investigating and did share videos and plan. But I got the same from another company and still saved thousands. They wet up front about the charge but still Feeling ripped off.

I called EPIC Plumbing regarding issues with my toilets and bathroom faucets. I was having issues with 2 out of 3 toilets and 2 out of 4 bathroom faucets. After a review of the issues, it was obvious that I needed new toilets and faucets. (Honestly, not surprising as my home is 14 years old.) Instead of replacing just the toilets and faucets I was having issues with, I replaced all 3 toilets and all 4 faucets in my bathrooms.

The new toilets and faucets look and work fantastic. Truly state of the art. The work was excellent, and the cost was reasonable. Considering that home repairs are not inexpensive, I was very pleased with the overall cost of all new toilets and faucets. I want to thank Samantha, Heather, Alfred, Devin, and Chris for their outstanding Customer Service. I highly recommend EPIC Plumbing. Deserves 10.

Jorden and Devon replaced my kitchen sink and repaired a broken pipe under ground. They also installed a garbage disposal and fixed my dishwasher. They did a GREAT job. Epic installed an outdoor underground gas line to a future fire place. They performed the work efficiently and on time. The workers were friendly and hard working and they cleaned up the job site perfectly.

Technician came out and replaced leaking hot water heater on the same day I called for service. Worked until almost dark in freezing weather to finish the job. Price was good and household was not disrupted by the work. Will definitely use this company again. Service: Water heater installation

I'm very happy with the repair/reroute work these folks did on my sewer piping. They provided a fair quote and got the work done without asking for anything extra. The workmanship appears top notch and the team was very professional. Chance, Devin and Jared were the guys that came out, and I appreciate all the hard work they did. I couldn't have been happier with the service provided. I called and asked to get a natural gas quick connect installed for my new natural gas grill. They showed up and had the line installed before I could even finish assembling my grill!

Awesome company. Super reasonable and professional. Their quote for 2 40 gallon water heaters came in at $800 cheaper than 4 competitors. Shelby and Jared did amazing work! Even installed an alarm for if our water heaters leak water so we can be alerted. Chris at the office kept open communication. Extremely pleased with their service. Wouldn't go with anyone else!

I originally called because we have a probable seal leak in a toilet. I made an appointment. Prior to coming out, someone from the office called and we discussed the possible problems with the toilet and the solutions. I was kept informed on the progress of the plumber arriving. I may have received about 3 update texts and/or calls alerting me when to expect the plumber. Turns out the problem was bigger than we hoped, but through it all, both the office manager and the plumbers kept us informed every step of the way. We purchased a new toilet and it is working like a dream (if a toilet is in your dreams). I highly recommend Epic.

Great value, really did their best to save me money without skimping on the quality of their work. Shelby and Devin were extremely professional and made the experience as pain free as possible for me. They were both great with my larger dog and were always prompt and on time throughout the multiple day long job.

Albert and Devin replaced a leaky kitchen faucet after assessing the plumbing issue. Both men were friendly, polite and respectful. They completed the work at a good pace and to my satisfaction. Epic's plumber, Chance, was extremely pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He diagnosed quickly the strange noise my A/C unit's drain was making in my upstairs bathroom sink, removed and replaced a cracked sink tailpipe plus P-trap, re-routed a portion of my A/C drain line to reduce the likelihood of clogging in the future, installed shut-off valves on both drain lines to assist in future line maintenance and flushed both water heaters.

All projects were done competently, at a reasonable price, in around 3 hours. Attic work was done under extremely hot/humid conditions. I have used Epic before and have always received top-notch service.

Best plumbing company ever! They are always timely and professional. We have an older home and have had a few plumbing issues the last few years. This company is called EPIC because they are EPIC! The theee service calls we utilized this company, we were treated well and the price was competitive With other companies in the industry. You won't be disappointed!

During the freeze everyone needed a plumber and they were honest, worked us into their huge workload and the owner Todd even came out on a Sunday to assure us what we needed and how soon they could install/change all our attic copper pipes that blew up! Thanks Todd and the Epic service team! cBiz

Please beware of this company! Please get price quote in writing, else you will get rude surprise. We live only one house away from their place and the job took about 15 minutes max; used the part we supplied. The rude surprise was $200.00! The company owner, Todd, said that their minimum charge is $ 195.00! At this rate, we all should be plumbers! Crook is hardly begins to describe them.

Great service! We were lucky enough to have Chance repair a broken water line as well as our main house water valve! Clean, efficient, friendly & price was as competitive to other companies. Will definitely be calling Epic Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs!

This company has provided exceptional service. Appointment was easy to schedule. Text messages sent to confirm appointment time and they even send you a small bio and photo of the worker who is assigned to your home. Plumbers very professional. Problems were addressed and clearly explained. I will continue to use them anytime plumbing issues arise!

We had a whole house water filtration system installed that we had purchased. They did a wonderful job installing it, but within hours of turning the system on we had a leak. Unlike other plumbing services we have used before who said they guaranteed their work (but didn't follow through with that guarantee), EPIC sent Joseph out to fix the leak and honored their warranty/guarantee.

I don't mind if it takes more than one trip to get something right when a company stands behind t by eir workmanship. It's for that reason I have no trouble recommending Joseph and EPIC Services!

I seldom give reviews but I had to give Epic Service the kudos it deserves. I came home early to meet another service provider unrelated to this to find water pouring out the side of my house. Outstanding service! Epic answered the urgent call at 4:59 pm last Thursday for a leaking water heater. I was walked through what to do and within 30-45 minutes Shelby was at my home to diagnose the issue of needing a new water heater. Shelby took the time to explain the issue and our options.

He redirected the water lines so that we could have water for the night. The next morning Shelby was at my home by 8am to get started on the job. I left him there to do the work and he secured my home when he was finished. The work was exceptional! I was very pleased with their responsiveness, customer service, and expertise. Epic is my plumber for life!

I cannot remember the name of young man that answered the initial call but many, many thanks to you for answering the initial call and all that you did to calm my nerves and dispatch Shelby to my home. You guys Rock!

First rate, top job plumbers. These people are locally owned and are always responsive when you call with a need. They are so very knowledgeable and the quality of their work is top notch. They have done quite a few different jobs for us and each one has been right and an improvement. They are very honest and always good about calling to let you know when they will arrive. I can't say enough nice things about this plumber.
