Critical: Professionalism Truck with tag number 28706 made me think he was intoxicated with the way he was driving.

The job that Engert did at my house was the worst I have ever experienced. They took shortcuts installing a new hot water heater. Within four weeks of the installation I woke up to the sound of water rushing and when I found it the entire basement of my house was flooded. They used plastic pipe that came loose within a month. I have sheetrock damage and a lot of structural issues to now deal with. I strongly recommend against using this company!

I was extremely impressed with Engert at every step of the process. I used them for residential plumbing services. It took a few days for technicians to have availability, but it was worth the wait. Adam and Christian were extremely respectful and professional. The billing is for parts and labor by the hour, and they didn't waste any time. None of this surprise billing rate by the job. They didn't cut corners. I feel good about the work they did, and the final bill was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again.

These guys are awesome. Found out the cutting edge 1970's gas furnace in my home was not working.called them. Never used them before their guys were here the same day! They were quick, efficient and polite. They had my furnace up in less than an hour. They left here about 30 minutes ago and as I type I am warm and can feel my home warming up! They were reasonable as to price as well. I recommend this company without hesitation or reservation.

This company and its employees are outstanding. We've used twice--to undo a handyman's mess in our kitchen and to repair an outdoor connecting pipe to our home misinstalled by the utility, causing a shut-off of our water. They were recommended by a friend, and in both cases came promptly, did outstanding work and charged very reasonable fees. As another reviewer stated, Jennifer was so good at coordinating things, and then the other employees were so professional. If you need plumbers in Knoxville, this should be your company too!

Great experience! I called early on Monday January 23rd with a 17 yr old dead water heater and had hot water again when I got home from work. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Jennifer came within an hour and explained how sizes and requirements had changed. For the new one she had to move the vent up and add some pipe and a thermal expansion tank.

She did a great job and cleaned up as well! I will definitely call Engert with any more needs and I will ask for Jennifer. Another great experience with Jennifer! This time she got my Dad out of a pickle. Handsome elongated highboy now graces his bathroom.and no leaks! Thanks again for the diligent clean up, response time and reinforcing under it.
