The Gentleman we're very knowledgeable and very kind. They were fast and efficient. I have never had a plumbing service like this ever come out and talk to you about what they are going to do and then just be so efficient and quick. I recommend this company to the people who need anything from a good plumbing service. They are really fantastic and are not going to price gouge you.

Just had our sink unclogged. The men came on time, did a great job as usual. My daughter had them at her house a few years ago an highly recommend them, as were her husband and firemen, who got the name from other firemen. I give them a 10 an thumbs up. Great job!

Cost me $1500 for plumbing repairs that did not work. They came back out at said that it was not their fault and they would call me later that day when they could schedule a time to fix it. Called another plumber after not hearing from them. He said it was their work that was the problem and it needed replaced. He replaced their work that day for half the price edgell plumbing charged me and everything is working.

I've used Edgell several times, both in my previous home and current home. Their prices are quite reasonable, and the employees are personable and efficient. Highly recommended.

Sunday night/early Monday morning, our hot water tank developed a leak in the top. We had 40 gallons of water on the floor. I called Edgell Plumbing because of the high rating here and the fact they are close to our home. I was told that as soon as they could get someone there, they would call me. I told the person we needed someone to repair the leak today.

And that we didn't have any hot water. After no phone call, I waited a few hours and called them again. Same story. They would call me when they could send someone. I apologized for bothering them, but again told them I needed someone out today. At 4:55pm after no phone call from them, I called and left a message on their answering machine. No response.

I went to bed. Finally at 7:46 am Tuesday morning, almost 24 hours after my first call to them, I received a call from someone there wanting to know if I still wanted them to come and look at the hot water tank. He claimed he never saw the work order. No, I don't want you to come. I have another plumbing company coming today because obviously you don't want our business. Hopefully, the other company will come and repair the tank today as we have been 24 hours without any hot water.
