I found this locally based heating and air conditioning company. They have a great service plan. I purchased it worth the yearly cost. It covered all the cost of routine service on my high efficiency gas boiler yearly service. It also gives you a good discount on future service, plus a discount on parts. Our service technician Eddy was great, very knowledgeable on our system. We have had in over on house twice. Would differently recommend this company based in Cheshire, Ct.

Great service! They installed new digital thermostats, damper valves, and water heater last year for a great price. Having an annual contract makes scheduling appointments simple. They always call to remind you of an upcoming appointment. Eddie was prompt, thorough, friendly, and professional. He addressed all my questions and concerns. Very happy with this company.

I have been using East Coast Mechanical for several years now. They have installed a heating and air conditioning system in my home as well as performing annual maintenance on those systems. They always arrive as scheduled and are very professional and very accomodating. Their pricing is very fair. Andy, the technician that recently did my annual furnace maintenance, was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He went through everything he had done and addressed all my questions and comments.

As luck would have it a fitting on my boiler started leaking on the morning of my scheduled maintenance. Andrew from East Coast repaired the leaking copper elbow and pro-actively replaced another elbow next to it. He then completed the cleaning and annual maintenance of the boiler. The complete charge for the service and repair was very inexpensive. Very polite, very professional! East Coast is the Best! Shout out to Brie in the office as well! Thank you Guys!

East Coast delivered everything they promised. Engineered our 5 zone mini-split with our preferences in mind. Trevor and his crew worked 2-1/2 days straight, no lunches. I have used East Coast for years and have always had A plus service and the A++++ Service people. Never have I been disappointed. Their entire team is ten stars The office also keeps you updated on times and delays if an emergency arises which is super important to us all with busy lives. East Coast saved me when I needed it most. I had a tree fall after an ice storm, knock down a power line, sent a shock through my house and we lost a lot of small electronics. The burner on the boiler was one of those things. We called around and everyone was giving us 2 week out appointment options and East Coast said they would be here in 2 hours.
They were on time. 2 young workers who were very polite. They accessed the situation and discovered the problem, they had to leave to get the part and I am going to assume do another emergency appointment because it took them 6 hours to come back. Once they did it wasn't 20 min before the heat was back on and working great. Thank you East Coast!

I had EAST COAST install a new furnace, humidifier, electronic air filter and wifi thermostat. They were the least expensive out of 4 companies that quoted. The employees were on time, polite, quiet as mice, fast and clean. The new system runs great and I can check it's status and make changes from anywhere on my smartphone. Not enough home town businesses left like this one.
