Had them come out for an estimate. Guys name was Ted. 5 weeks later I had not heard from them. Called many times. Finally got Ted's personal number and he said he lost the paperwork on his desk, but still had it. 3 months later, I still haven't heard back from them. Big waste of my time! I had used them before and liked the service, but this guy is a joke.

My friends have a second home here in Pawleys Island in Wilbrook Plantation. At about 2,300 heated sq ft, I choked when they told me they paid almost $13,000.00 JUST for an interior paint job. Nothing else, just paint. Plain run of the mill paint. Though some rooms were to be FLAT or SemiGloss or Gloss whatever, it was a huge amount in my uneducated opinion to pay anyone to paint.

Fast forward a few months and I go to see the house and do a spring cleaning for them before they come visit for a while. They asked me to look over the fancy $13,000.00 paint job. Yeah yeah ok I will. While cleaning and dusting walls, I saw many things that, to my untrained eye, seemed shoddy and sloppy at BEST about this paint slapping job that my friends paid a bunch of money for. Attached are pics to show just what my amateur eyes see.

It makes me cringe. Even more cringe worthy is the fact that here we are 12 months later and they won't fix the problems that they've already been paid for! Needless to say if I ever need my house interior painted I will contract with people from people on the road holding a sign that says "Will work for food". That way I'll get a better result or maybe same result but for a fraction of the cost. Insert disgusted look here.

They came to measure in October and said they would provide an estimate in 3 weeks. Even after i called 3 times, i have never received a callback nor an estimate.

Rude employees. Especially a carpenter named Foley. They also treat prior military (veterans) such as myself like garbage. Do yourself a favor, and save yourself on their over priced services, and choose a better contractor.

These guys are great and do nice work also. A one stop shop for any job.

Be careful when dealing with these guys because their employees will break into your home when you're not around.

Horrible experience. Not sure they ever installed an elevator in Horry County. Clearly did not know the building codes. Bad communication. Indignant attitude. Still not complete after over a year. Not happy with the elevator company either, Port City in Wilmington. Have had to have several adjust, met S by the, and by our new service company,

I am going to be revising this review with photographs possibly next week. They are all such nice people, I'd like to repost my 5 stars; yet, I'm waiting to see. John is coming back to fix a problem, and I really appreciate that.
