DuAll was great. They came out to my house to see what wrong with my unit as it wasn't turning on. They had to access my very hot attic to see what was wrong and identified the problem (was electric in nature). They then were able to fix my outside unit and the AC works great now. The cost was very affordable and the honesty by the technician, Larry Jr., was so nice. No sales tactics were used and only paid for what was needed. Very refreshing! Recommend them if AC is not running correctly or at all.

This was our 4th time using DuAll Heating & Cooling. This time it was for AC Inspection before Summer begins. It was also the second time Kat has been out technician. Called DuAll for a second opinion after being told by another HVAC company that our only 12 year old furnace was about to die and needed $4000 of repair work. Larry Sr came out for a thorough inspection (and actually showed me everything he did, unlike the other company) and found no such indication of any work being needed. I appreciate his honesty and will only be using DuAll from now on!

I needed a second opinion and was given Larry at DuAll's name and number by a friend who has used him for years. The first company I called (a large, well-known local operation) had recommended expensive repairs or total replacement of my HVAC system. Larry checked everything and told me my system was fine and that I didn't need to do anything major, except possibly a part replacement. He knows his business and gives honest, reliable feedback. I will be using Larry and recommending him to all of my family and friends!

We have used Duall twice now for issues with our HVAC. This most recent time because our furnace had no power. Our technician Kat found the issue quickly. Mice had made a nest in our a/c and chewed up some wires causing a short and blowing our furnace transformer. Kat fixed the issue and the cost was super reasonable. Love the honesty of this company they could have told me anything and charged me thousands but didn't. Thank you!

Would absolutely recommend Larry and his guys for any of your AC/heating troubles. He was very professional and polite; answered all the questions I had. Even called Donna with some questions and she was great! He arrived on time for the job, and it was very affordable. After browsing through different companies locally, he had the best offer and the work is of high quality. Our new AC works amazingly, I know if I have any trouble I'll be calling them.

I was very pleased with DuAll. They did a fantastic job replacing my furnace and air conditioner. They were very fast and had a great price compared to other quotes that I received. The work was done professionally and the system works great. The installers were awesome and the owner took the time to explain the system and operation. I would absolutely recommend them.
