This company ripped off a 90 year old woman. i called to have my drain to my toilet cleaned out and Ramon told me he had to pull the toilet and would charge an extra charge! He pulled the toilet and then said it had not needed that! I was charged $171 and he left! couple hours later it doesn't flush again still plugged up! I had to wait for him to come back on the 3 of July! this time he ran a snake in my drain and said it was fixed! also said i had a 30 day warranty! it plugged up again and they have refused to do anything about this! They cashed my check (he refused my credit card) and this guy and the company are very dishonest to treat anyone this way

Excellent service. I called late Saturday and someone arrived the first thing Sunday morning. He was professionally dressed, had a good manner, and went straight to work. My sewer lines don't have a clean out port on the ground, he had to climb on the roof. We also have a heavily lanscaped yard. He was careful with the items in the yard as he moved his equipment, cleaned up when he was through, and made sure everything was working before he left. The price was quoted up front, and there were no surprises. Drain Dr will be first on my list the next time I have problems.
