Deal's Heating and Cooling is a company of rarity. His attitude and kindness are second to none. He's not looking to pull a fast one and upcharge on enormous unnecessary work. I was lucky in the fact that he was able to save me $830 on major fix that was misdiagnosed ( much less serious ) by one of those larger fly by night A/c companies. A+ service.

Jay came out after I called him earlier that morning, which was impressive to get someone same day. He was knowledgeable, friendly, quick and has great communication. He responded to my many questions via text and kept me in the loop as to when he was in route to my house. Once the part came in, which was quick and what he estimated it to be, he. came same day and installed it.

After installation he went over in detail with us what he did and stayed to ensure it was working properly. Further, he even text me the next day to ensure it was working overnight. I appreciate great communication and efficiency with a contractor as it's hard to find these days. I would recommend Deal's to everyone! Thanks Jay!
