We were having issue with our AC not working. It was in the mid 90s with high humidity when I had called them thinking it would be at least a couple of days before they could get to us. They were there the following morning and got the issue resolved quickly. Friendly service guys were knowledgeable and professional. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services

My family was out of town on vacation and our house sitter called to let us know that our thermostat was totally dead and they maybe smelled a small fire. Of course the heat has to go out at -10 degrees when we were 1500 miles away from home. I called and promptly got an appointment. They were in contact with me and my house sitter, efficiently got everything repaired. What could have been an absolute nightmare was handled quickly and professionally. I will call these guys every single time from here on in.

I decided to upgrade my old HVAC System. I had several companies bid my project. Sutter did an amazing job from the bid process to the installation. Installation technicians Dave and Ross were professional and took the extra time to ensure I understood the new system and its capabilities. They were respectful of the home and made sure flooring was protected and remained clean as the installation progressed. I am a very satisfied customer and feel I am in good hands going forward. Great job Suter!

I called the emergency number at 7:15 AM and talked with the person on duty. And an appointment was made and they arrived at 8:30 to see why the furnace was not starting when the thermostat was turned up. They identified the problem and needed to replace a part. They picked up the new part and the furnace runs like a new one. And they left the premises at about 9:45 in the morning. I was very happy with their service.

Had them out twice this year when our furnace stopped working both times. After their last visit our furnace kept leaking, and I kept getting bad headaches almost everyday. Once again our furnace quit. I called a more honest company that came highly recommended. They came out, fixed the issue and also informed my husband that Suter repaired something incorrectly which cause not only leaking of water, but also exhaust fumes leaking into our home.
Wish I would have known that before we paid a hefty bill of $400 to Suter. I'm just thankful the other company caught it in time before more health issues arose! Don't waste your time on these guys!
