Since Cullen Pools' establishment in 1986, Greg Cullen has personally designed and supervised the installation of each one of his customized pools in the Lake Ray Hubbard area. Acquiring his knowledge from each phase of pool construction, Greg began working in the pool industry in1972. By 1975, he established his own subcontracting business where he gained 11 years of extensive experience in the industry.

Since there are two different google pages for this company, I will post the same thing on both: I have never been more disappointed in an interaction with a business owner in my life. Therefore I am posting this as a fair warning for people working with this company. I just got off the phone with Greg from Cullen Pools. His company built the pool at my house roughly 3 years ago (prior to me moving in).
We have had several issues with the pool leaking from different areas so I called to get information on plumbing layout and how to fix it. His response was telling me "it's pool building season, not pool fixing season". He refused to give me any contact information on who can fix our problems or even just the color they used on our deck to match it once we dig the whole thing up to fix the problem.
When I asked if I could call back in the fall when they are less busy and who to call he proceeded to hang up on me and has now blocked my number. It took me 8 weeks to FINALLY get someone from that company to call me, as you have to leave your number with a 3rd party when you call, and I am just floored that he was so rude and inconsiderate. Future buyers just know that any 'warranty' that company gives you is false.
I have since read on the BBB and other sites that there have been multiple incidences where there have been problems with his installs and this type of situation has occurred. Just be cautious of who you chose to make the investment of a pool with.

Not sure how well they do their pools, but whoever works for them and drives around in their red F150 is an ***hole. I get it, we're all busy, but slow down a bit and ease up on the horn, especially near children doing a fundraising carwash. Bad way to earn business if you're gonna act that way with your company's name and number plastered all over your vehicle.

Greg builds a top notch pool, that will probably last 30 to 50+ years. I am a real estate investor by trade, and I was impressed with his craftsmanship on the pool he put in my yard. Also, I've bought/resold a couple other houses in Rockwall county that had ~30 year old Cullen pools. and they still worked. That's why I went with him, vs the competition, when my neighbor got a Cullen Pool & recommended him. Don't pick anyone else - pick Greg - if you want a pool that will last a lifetime.

Well my neighbor recommended them to me so I called. Then I called 8 more times and left several messages in the span of two weeks. No call back whatsoever! Apparently, I need to start a pool company because they're that busy they don't want another job. If they can't return a phone call is hate to see their attention to detail on the actual job.

Let me start this by saying Im a very hard person to please and Mr. Cullen did impress me. Never would I have imagined this pool turning out the way it did. Mr. Cullen listened to us, asked great questions to make sure he knew what we wanted. He kept us informed every step of the way. We had no issues or problems before, during and after construction.
They are easy to get a hold of and I feel like we are not just customers, but friends for life. I was scared at first but now Im in love with his artistic work. His son was also involved and very professional through the process. I will give a piece of advice let the man do his job and just wait for his creation to take place.

Called and scheduled an appointment for an initial consultation. Cullen Pools was a no-show. They called 2 hours later indicating they forgot about my 9 am and wanted to reschedule. NO THANKS! The guy even acted surprised that I wouldn't reschedule. Service and 1st impressions go a long way. Plenty of other quality pool builders in the area that treat customers better.
