My experience with CSF Exteriors was seamless from start to finish after some storm damage to my roof. Senior Project Manager David Blas was a pleasure to work. His experience, knowledge, and honest feedback ensured there were no surprises and I always knew exactly what I would be getting. CSF was timely and thorough in their project work and provided me with excellent value for my home. David even worked with my insurance company to point out some damage they did not originally catch which resulted in new gutters and downspouts for me too.
I've known David for many years, and was very thankful to be in good, trustworthy hands throughout the experience. Insurance claims are confusing and he helped me through the whole process, always available and responsive to any questions I had. Thanks CSF and Dave!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! From my very first encounter with Dave, who was my service representative, to my last day of paying the final bill, I received excellent service! Dave was thorough in his inspection of my home after storm damage. He made everything very easy for me by meeting with my insurance adjuster and walking me through how everything would be done, and helping me pick out shingle colors when I couldn't make a decision!
He always kept me up to date with what was going on with my project, timing of things, etc., and went above and beyond by giving advice on a few other minor repairs I needed done that weren't caused by the storm. He was wonderful to work with. I was very impressed with how organized and how every detail of the installation of each item, roof, windows and gutters, was handled.
The workmanship was perfect. I have not had to call back for any problems but I have no doubt that if I have a problem, it would be taken care of immediately. I not only want to highly recommend CSF Exteriors but personally thank Senior Project Manager David Blas for providing exceptional service with a level of professionalism rarely seen these days. Where do I start? Lina Romero (Senior Project Manager) along with the painting and roofing crew did a bang up job (pun). From the initial consultation to the last shingle placed to the final touch up paint completed, CSF is the company you need. Lina was open, honest and clear with all communications that took place. The roofers and painters were hard working, focused and dedicated to the goal of pleasing the customer with outstanding work. At the end of the day, I highly recommend them to do a job well done.

Working with Mike and the CSF team was a great experience. We were new to filing a home claim and they helped walk us through the insurance jargon and understand the estimate. They coordinated all the different teams: from the asbestos tile mitigation to roof install to gutters and siding. They did all this while battling supply chain issues with our new shingles. The new roof and gutters and siding look great and generate a lot of compliments from friends and neighbors. Highly recommended!

We found mold in an upstairs bedroom. I called, AT LEAST, 15 companies that day. Every mold company said they wouldn't fix the mold until the roof was fixed. Every roof company said they wouldn't fix the roof until the mold was taken care of.
Ben Navarro with CSF Exteriors not only said he would come without the mold being taken care of, but he came THE NEXT DAY and planned it around the naps of my 3 young children.
Come on. How thoughtful! But that's not it! Ben and Mike thoroughly inspected the attic crawl space, took their time to explain what they were looking at so that I understood their thought process, AND showed me pictures of the roof, explaining what was causing the leak. They ALSO explained that the problem on the roof was due to the builders not using the correct materials.
With that information, I saved A TON of money due to the builders taking responsibility and coming to fix it themselves. When I contacted Ben to tell him I would not need his services after all, I offered compensation because they did SO MUCH for us. He refused. He said that he wanted to help us out and he would not accept any form of payment. This is customer service. This is being kind. This is showing compassion. We are extremely happy with Ben and appreciate everything he did for our family!

I would very much recommend CSF Exteriors for any roof or gutter project. Mike walked me through the entire process in a way that was easy to understand, and took some of the burden of dealing with the insurance company that was mostly paying for the project. Mike is everything you hope for in a contractor, he is responsive, knowledgeable, and empathetic to the client after a hail storm comes through. I have recommended him to over 25 clients of mine after their homes were hit with hail and all of them gave great feedback when I followed up with them. I rarely leave positive reviews, but this company, and Eddy as a project manager, especially deserve the positive recommendation. I had a damaged roof that hadn't been deemed replaceable by the insurance company, and months later had a leak around one of our windows. I was recommended to contact Eddy with CSF Exteriors, who came out to assess. He determined that the roof should be repaired and said that he would be on site to meet with the insurance company.
He was able to point out to the insurance company the damage and need for replacement. We were therefore able to finally get the roof replaced. From there, Eddy was simply phenomenal to work with in terms of his availability, his punctuality, his professionalism, and customer service. The product and installation was efficient and better than expected.

There is a reason the CSF stands for customer service first. We worked with Mike Leuck to have a new patio door installed. The crew was on time, very professional and very friendly. Mike stopped in several times to check progress. When the job was complete they took the old door with them and left our home cleaner than when they came. Job was completed on time and on estimate. CFS Exteriors took the time to talk to the people in charge of the covenants, and made sure everything was to code. (They were even impressed with the quality.)
