My husband contacted AE to notify them of a mold concern we had in our attic, as well as, our ventilation from our upstairs bathroom not being connected. When he was describing our situation the man on the phone cut him off and told him he was wrong and he knows because he teaches a college course, but we could schedule someone to come out to take care of the vent.

We were scheduled a few weeks out, despite our situation being urgent. We then took photos and a video of the space and emailed those to the company. No one responded to the email for over a week. I then called and left a voicemail to make sure my email had been received, asking them to give me a call when they read the email and look at the pictures/video I sent.

I received a call 3 days later and the man had not at all looked at my email. He had a stern voice telling me that they received 1000s of calls a week and he doesn't have time to look into everything. I notified him of what was going on and, again, I was cut off and told I was wrong, despite the proof I had in our photos. I let him know of the chronic health issues and a current health condition in our home that required urgency in addressing thing issue.

He said they would still be coming out in a few days. I was honestly shocked in how this phone call was handled, very unprofessional. The day of our appointment arrived. The person coming told my husband the time frame he would be arriving. It was 10 minutes past the latest arrival time and my husband called him. He said that he rang the doorbell, but no one was home.

Our doorbell was broken, which I believe should have been obvious that no sound was made. There was no knock on the door and I was working with my back to the door and completely visible. My husband had confirmed with him prior that we were anticipating his arrival too. The man who was one the phone/scheduled to come to our home said that he was going to another job and that he would call back to reschedule.

We never got that call to reschedule. Thankfully, I had contacted the company Mold Solutions and had someone come out to look at our situation. He did confirm that there was mold in our insultation (growing on dust/particulate that accumulated there), but that everything was structurally sounds and he had no job to do. He asked if someone was going to hook up our vent and I said yes (Attic Experts was supposed to).

When AE fell through, I contacted Mold Solutions, he was able to tell me that if my husband is handy, we can definitely hook up the vent ourselves. While it was very disappointing to have service from AE fall through, we are grateful we did not end up using their services, especially based on how we were treated.

When I found out my dryer was venting into my attic, i asked my dad who to call and he sent me to this awesome crew. They knew this was a serious issue and exactly what to do. The visit was professional, quick, and the guys took all the appropriate covid-19 precautions before entering my home. Thanks guys!

Anthony was very professional. Showed up wearing a mask and covered his shoes. They assessed the attic and installed the attic fan. He explained everything in detail. We will be using The Attic Expert again for insulation. I recommend them highly!

Cory and his crew are as advertised. Cory gave me a quick and easy to follow quote with a fair price. His crew did a fast and thorough job. They cleaned up after themselves and kept me updated on every step of the process. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Cory gave options and spoke to us in layman's terms about what could be done. We literally had about an inch and a half of insulation one day and I'm guessing 16 plus inches the next. The crew were professional and we highly recommend them.

Cory showed up on time and after few minutes he nailed issues that I was having I the attic. He wasnt trying to sell anything, didn't charge a dime just walk through my house and explain what is happening and why. He said Lets start from here and monitor the situation. Didn't charge anything for the visit. Highly recommended for anything attic related.

Called attic experts and told them what issue and project I had going on in my house. Cory came over did a free inspection and spent an hour digging around and investigating. He was the most honest person I've dealt with so far. Other companies try to use scare tactics and bully you into outrageous high bids with financing terms that are unnecessary, not attic experts. They are straight forward and honest with inspections and bids. I will be using them in the near future.

I needed immediate service on my house as I just accepted an offer from a buyer. The owner, Corey, was very accommodating to my schedule and his team was very prompt and courteous in taking care of my attic insulation problem. I had too much humidity in attic and they installed necessary fan in attic. They fixed the problem quickly and professionally. I was very happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again.

I called Attic experts after discovering attic damage due to Raccoons living in our attic. During the inspection, Cory offered more information to me as a consumer, than he was required to give. He was more interested in securing our home, as though it was his home. He wasn't there to make a quick buck. Our architect spoke to him in regards to the insulation that needed to be replaced and was very impressed with the knowledge he had to offer to homeowners.

He also was very thorough with the calculations of insulation that will be needed. Additionally, he also accounted for attic fan damage as well as the bathroom fans that needed repair.
