Crest Exteriors was founded in 2001. We are a family owned and operated company located in the south metro area of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. We service all of the metro area and beyond. Mike and Scott run the sales and project operations of the company, so when you are having an estimate done, chances are you will meet one of them. They will answer any questions you may have about your upcoming project. Operating out of our south office in Farmington, Minnesota is our office staff of Katie and Alicia.

With over 50 years of experience in the roofing industry, Crest Exteriors has been servicing the Twin Cities as a general contractor since 2002. We are licensed and insured in the State of Minnesota. Our work is backed by both a manufacturer's warranty and our workmanship warranty. While this gives you security and insured protection, no job is complete without maintenance.
Clogged gutters don't allow rain water to drain properly and can cause damage to your home in more ways than you may recognize. LeaFree works on the principle of water adhesion. The patent pending design allows water to enter the gutter while keeping leaves and debris out. The design allows LeaFree to be custom-fit to any home by adjusting to any roof pitch. We strive to maintain industry standards. In keeping with this philosophy, we utilize installers that are certified through the Vinyl Siding Institute. The Vinyl Siding Institute (VSI) sponsors two different certification programs. The first certification program ensures that all vinyl siding products and colors meet or exceed ASTM quality standards.

My home sustained damage in a recent storm due to a tree falling on a corner of my home. Crest came out to survey the damage, completed a bid, submitted it to insurance and made this process seamless for myself the homeowner. They were responsive to questions, followed up on the work and delivered it on time and on budget. I would use them again for any other project.

They were the only company out of several we contacted for some deck repairs and painting who got back to us in a timely manner. Several companies won't even bother with what they consider small jobs anymore. Great work and prices were comparable to the other quote we received from another company but they were more responsive and timely in their quote and scheduling timelines. We are very happy with the work they did and would recommend them to others, especially if you are looking for smaller repairs and not a completely new deck.

Scott did a great job helping us pick out the decking and rail system. When we had changes he made them without question. If we had questions, he got back to us in a timely manner.
