I have been trying since 9/04/2021 to get them to ship my order. When I go online to check the order status it shows it has been received. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER!I have contacted them on 4 different occasions an have gotten nothing but excuses and a runaround. This is an in stock item and there should not be a problem. They have promised to resolve the problem and get back to me by Email or phone but I have not as yet heard from them. A very frustrating situation. What a sorry way to treat a paying customer.

I was promised a delivery of stove on a Monday. Monday afternoon I was told it was a glitch with an email and I will receive stove on Tuesday. NO STOVE ON TUESDAY. Wednesday morning I get a text message from the delivery driver stating I will have stove delivered between 3-6pm of that day. The driver arrived at 9:27pm.
