The Craftsman's Choice team is amazing. They are responsive when we've called and have been on time for scheduled appointments. There was an issue with our window order at the manufacturer, that put our siding install on hold. There was communication throughout the process as to not make us feel abandoned. We are impressed with their warranty, support and care for our home.

Craftsman's Choice re-sided our 2-story home with Hardie siding and also replaced our aging cedar deck with new no-maintenance deck and railing. They were willing to custom cut some black lattice material for below the deck, as well. We've been very happy with all of it! Recently we needed their assistance in removing part of a deck railing to bring in a new hot tub and they were very responsive for the quick service call and even identified and fixed a loose plank on the deck. Very high-quality work, friendly and professional team all around.

We resided our home with James Hardie fiber cement siding with design and installation provided by Craftsman's Choice. Trim, soffit, fascia, and gutter installation as well. We had custom stone work done and painting done as well. We were very impressed with those that helped us evolve the design, install the siding, complete the stone work, install the electrical, paint trim and shed, and install gutters, and generally manage the project. A commitment to uncompromised quality was the common thread that ran through every craftsman that touched the project. We highly recommend them for your next job.

Craftsman's Choice installed new siding, windows and doors on our house in 2009. Over the years we have gotten so many compliments on our beautiful, blue house. Recently, I noticed one of our windows had condensation between the panes of glass. I contacted Craftsman's Choice about this and they got back to me quickly. They ordered a new window and will install it when it comes in. I'm looking forward to getting a new window and know that Craftsman's Choice will do a great job on the installation just like they did the first time.

I've had such great experiences with Craftman's Choice that I keep going back. First, they replaced porch floor boards (with a great low-maintenance composite material) and installed new exterior doors. Then I went back to them for James Hardie siding on the full exterior of my house. Most recently they replaced all of the old storm windows on my house.
Every interaction has been great. They price fairly, do high quality work and are strong communicators. I'll probably go back to them when I need a new roof. I just trust them at this point.

I have used this company twice now. Once for a roof install following the failure of shingles that Zeigler company used on our new construction. CC tried all they could do to help get our insurance company to cover the damage and were quick to respond to any challenges that arose. Did a great job and they made sure that the clean up after was done thoroughly. Secondly and most recently they replaced a few windows that had started to rot.
They helped a lot with the selection of the proper windows and material to help prevent future problems from arising. The company was responsive to concerns and made everything right that I did not approve of with the first workers efforts. Went well above what you generally see in business today to make the experience positive and to make sure that I was satisfied with their quality of instillation.
Would highly recommend using them for your siding/roofing/window needs. They even have a book on amazon for Minnesota home owners and choosing the right products for our region! That is a whole other level of commitment to the craft.

We have used Craftsman's Choice for three separate projects: siding replacement (2017), roof replacement (2019) and new windows (2021). We keep going back to them and for good reason. We had siding and windows replaced by Craftsman's Choice. The entire process was amazing. From the initial consultation with Ben and throughout the remodel with Ryan. Everyone was very professional, punctual, knowledgeable and hard working, all of which are hard to find. They went above and beyond in repairing damage as the came across it in my old home and the end result turned out great.
