Hired Lakewood counters to do the kitchen and bathroom. Was skeptical at first due to having to deal with a bad company before. Looks great and the price was fair. Mike was an absolute pleasure to deal with. There was one thing that kind of went side ways ( it happens) and they fixed it quickly same day. Would give them six stars and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience working with Lakewood Counter Tops. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Reasonably priced and professional. My kitchen looks beautiful. They went "above and beyond" with their service and product.

Good supply/ selection of various countertops and materials. Fairly knowledgeable about materials used and durability of each. Given samples to take home and compare. I haven't had them do the job yet, currently busy, but plan is in the works. Here's the update. We purchased a very nice Corian countertop to complement the kitchen and the technician came in for digital mapping and measuring, then once the order was placed and installation scheduled, the day promised arrived and they were on hand and ready to go. The result was a very nice looking top, professionally installed. Sorry, didn't take the photos necessary for an overall look, just an impromptu one.

This place is amazing! They offered competitive pricing to the big box stores and old-fashioned customer service. The entire staff made the experience truly enjoyable. Lakewood Countertops staff was interested, prompt, more than fair in pricing and have the best install crew in the business. They also have excellent customer service and the general contractor Mike did a great job. I highly recommend this local business than going to the big guys

Do not use this company! The absolute worst customer service. Horrible job installing. Visible seams. Made an absolute mess because the laser template countertop did not fit. They did not clean up the mess they made. They broke the face of my cabinet. No apology or willingness to repair it. Communication between the office and what actually was installed was awful.

I have never had to micro manage a project to this level. Do not trust the salesman Michael. He will not deliver on what he tells you. We need to open for business on Monday but will be scrambling to fix everything and it will be a challenge. I would give them half a star if I could. It is and has been the worst experience ever!

Very professional from selection to design to installation. End result was more than expected. Couldn't be happier with our choice of vendors. We we're given kind of a "cool" response by the big counter names in town since it was not a large job. Lakewood's staff was interested, prompt, more than fair in pricing and have the best install crew in the business. Ask for MIKE, BRYCE and JOE for the install. They were fantastic! Clean, organized, skilled and we ended up with the perfect install. Would definitely recommend to others.

I've been going here for both home and work (carpenter) projects for over 10 years now. Extremely helpful people there. I'll never forget the time they showed me some tips and tricks to how they do their counter-tops; including the tools they use! Very very helpful in both answering questions as well as top quality services provided. This review is as much a thank you to them as it is a brag about them ~ lol

Loved working with this company and it's another example of how the local shops can and do save us money over the big box chains. We first contacted Home Depot for counter tops for our kitchen. HD contracts with Precision Counter Tops. The rep came out and, although he was very nice, he basically was unable to give the counter tops that we were looking for (Formica with futura edge).

He instead tried to talk us into granite or quartz. After some thought, we decided to check into reviews in the area. Not only did we see good reviews for Lakewood Counter Tops, we saw terrible reviews for Precision (1.5 of 5). We contacted Lakewood Counter Tops, and worked primarily with Rich Whinney. He was so helpful and very pleasant. He was happy to work with us within our budget and he was able to deliver when he said he could.

The installers did a great job once the product was ready, and best of all, the cost was approximately 1/2 of what Home Depot quoted for the same product! I couldn't be happier with the product. It looks beautiful and will be even better after we've added the backsplash, paint, and flooring.
