The Correct Temp crew that replaced our ancient gas furnace with a new heating and air conditioning system did so with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. It was not surprising, since the inspection, design and proposal process was conducted with the same level of professionalism. Of the three contractors that we invited to bid on the project, Correct Temp was the only one that took the time to take measurements, make notes, and thoroughly inspect the premises.

All the others just walked around, eyeballed the situation and came up with a quote based on who knows what. Correct Temp did not have the lowest quote, but neither were they the highest. But they inspired confidence that they would do the job correctly and they didn't disappoint. We can wholeheartedly recommend these folks to anyone looking for a no-surprises outcome.

Correct Temp Inc did a fantastic job installing a new boiler in my rental. Seth and his team were extremely professional. They did an excellent job explaining things in a manner I would understand. It was clear to me that they cared about getting the job done in a reasonable time frame (without cutting corners) as it was done over the course of two cold days. Seth even went so far as to make sure the faucets didn't have any sediment buildup in them from the work they did on the plumbing. I have already recommended their services to family. Highly recommend!

The Guilmet's run a great operation, dependable people who always give you honest advice, if you are using anyone else I would suggest you switch as soon as possible. If I would give them 10 stars if I could. Their main project manager, Zack, is a true professional and makes your project feel like his only and main priority.

CorrectTemp was hired by me to install new heating/AC system. The job was done quickly and professionally. I was impressed by the fact that technicians brought their own covers for the floor and covered the path from the entrance to where the work was taken place. They also were wearing masks which was important in my case since I live in a condominium.

The only recommendation I have for the company is to remember to provide the updates about the order status so the customer has the right expectations and doesn't get nervous. Overall I'd definitely recommend this company.

This company is the worst of the worst. I recently needed service on my boiler and which was under warrantee. Correct temp intentionally gave my boiler company the wrong serial number (I have emails showing the wrong serial#) so it would not show as under warrantee and insisted that I pay for the part with their overhead price added. After spending days convincing correct temp to call the boiler company again with the correct serial.

Finally they did this but not before I would need to wait over the long weekend (this also seemed intentional to because they were upset). Once the part finally came I called to set up an install appointment the price had changed from what was quoted to me over the phone. When I pressed the issue and asked for backup for their quote and an email with their price they refused, and then insisted that I pay CASH before the work was even started.

That is not how things are done. When I refused they held my part hostage and refused to do the work. The next company I used had difficulty getting the part under warrantee and delayed getting hot water to my tenant. I have a veteran that lived in the house and when I told him this the manager or owner Keith said that he's probably used to cold showers and said and I quote "Fucking Clown".

This was a nightmare to deal with and everyone that works here has the same Us verses The customers mindset. Don't let their 9/11 pandering on their website fool you, they have complete disregard for people who serve their country and their customers. Look at other reviews that are all over the internet before thinking of using this company. There are a multitude of similar claims that this is a very shady business.

We've been a customer of Correct Temp for many years and have always been happy with their responsiveness to our needs. We recently needed our central a/c repaired and they had a Tech at our door the next morning! And speaking of their Techs, Seth T is the best! He's professional and courteous and always gets the job done right. We would highly recommend Correct Temp for any HVAC installations or repairs.

These guys are the real deal! Starting with Keith and Zack this experience was tops! Had a bad experience with a similar company in the past and didn't want to chance this project again, but after speaking with Correct Temp, those concerns were put to rest and they totally walked the talk! I used Correct Temp for my AC unit after purchasing my new home to address issues that we were made aware of during our inspection. I made the appointment, explained what we needed done and received a verbal quote. The technician arrived as scheduled and was very knowledgeable. The work we thought we needed turned out to be unnecessary. He gave me an itemized invoice for the work he completed, I paid the balance in full, and he left.

It was a great experience and, based on that experience alone, I would have used Correct Temp for all future servicing needs and this review would be 5 stars. However, the following week I received a call from the office of Correct Temp saying I did not pay my invoice in full and needed to give them my credit card number right away to make up the $100 difference.

I apologized thinking that I read the invoice incorrectly. I pulled out the invoice to see the difference and realized that I had, in fact, paid the amount I was billed in full. I requested a written copy of my estimate for the increased amount they were charging since the work that I thought would need to be completed when I made the service appointment was not needed.

They simply sent the technician's invoice that I had already paid with the total crossed out and an amount for $100 more added. I am still waiting for the itemization (with costs for work actually completed) so I can understand why there is a discrepancy. I understand that mistakes are made but found the office staff requesting the additional money to be rude and unprofessional. Based on my experience with the office staff, they have lost my future business.

Very rude, was waiting for a follow up to what the technician told me would be an "easy fix" and "not more than $50". Almost a month later and after numerous follow ups to the rude customer service girls, I got a letter in the mail for a "quote" of almost $1000. This is just for replacing a plastic pipe in my air handler. Needless to say I will never be using this company again with their bait and switch tactics and condescending attitude.

We have used CorrectTemp for more than 15 years. They have always been very professional when they did clean outs and servicing on our Air Conditioning systems. We have used the service contract on our AC system very successfully over these years. This past week we had an issue with our AC system which was not cooling properly. We called Correct Temp this morning (we were "preferred customers" due to our service contract). Less than six hours later Seth showed up at our house and did an absolutely fantastic job, Our AC system is once again working perfectly and we are completely satisfied.

My husband and I had been a customer of Correct Temp for 11 years. We paid them thousands of dollars over the years between the installation of a heating zone above the garage and annual maintenance contracts paid for each year. The one time (Monday, January 15 2018 in the 4pm hour) that we had an emergency need (pipe burst in room above garage requiring heating system to be shut down); they failed my family profoundly by refusing to have the on-call technician come out to the house.

This was upsetting (and scary! with kids and no heat) given our being loyal customers, a paid contact in place, and our very urgent and vulnerable need that evening. My husband asked the technician to have the owner of Correct Temp call us as there has to be some misunderstanding and that we felt terribly mistreated by the refusal to come out, stabilize the situation, and get heat returned to the rest of the house.

The technician listened and kindly offered to call the owner back on our behalf. The technician talked to the owner and called us back relaying to us the owner's message: His exact quote: "I am eating dinner, if you want to talk to me, then call me tomorrow, at the office, during business hours." The technician was not going to help us that night- the office would call in the morning.

Nobody should expect this from a heating service company holding themselves out as providers of emergency service. We had given all our business to Correct Temp for the entire 11 years we've owned our home. Advice to reader? Find another heating/cooling company. Look for reviews specific to emergency service- that's when you need them to come through for your family- and Correct Temp simply will not.

Correct Temp has been outstanding for us. We've used them for some minor diagnostic work, along with annual preventive maintenance for our AC and heating systems. They're very friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. That's just what we were looking for.

Should be called "Incorrect Temp". Do not use them. The girls in the office are rude and don't know much at all. They call themselves a flat rate company which is kinda weird. I had lost my heat a few weeks ago, they came out charged $129, needed a check first, didn't have the part and when I asked for price to repair they said $460. I asked how much the part was and how much labor was and they would not tell me because they are a flat rate. I found the part for $100 and called my oil company and they put it in for $125. So needless to say they are "CROOKS", total rip off! Do Not Use Them!

I have used them in the past, so I scheduled an appointment for annual boiler service months in advance. They gave me a 2 hour window (10am -12pm). My wife cancelled plans to make sure she was available during the day of the appointment. At 11:30am I miss two consecutive phone calls while in a meeting. I returned their call at 12:15 to be told my house was skipped over since I did not respond in the 15 minute window they allowed. They were unapologetic stating this is their policy.

The work was performed to install a heat pump. The pump was brought in and installed as scheduled. Price wasn't best but looked OK. After pump was installed I walked in the basement that night and the air was leaking through few areas which were not fully insulated. The team came back and fixed that. The next thing happened was that the duct pipes on the back of the unit fell on the floor in the couple of months. CorrectTemp claims that they did not touch those and if they did touch - they would have screwed the pipe to the unit (vs. tape). from what I can see - the pipe screws fell down with the pipe.

So this claim does not seem credible to me. While I cannot tell if this was result of their work, or existing pipes got disturbed by new installation (insertion of the AC coil) performed by their team or something else. I can certainly say that I am very unhappy customer who feels that he has received as sub-quality total product.

Stay away. This place is either completely incompetent or rip off artists.either way, don't make it your problem. They literally came out on a maintenance call for some slight leakage on my central air unit.told me everything was fine and they would be back in two weeks with a small part to stop the leak. They rescheduled the appt twice and tried a third time, but at that point, we had no AC, which we called several times to tell them.

Middle of summer. Tech shows up, says he doesn't have the part anyway we were supposedly waiting on, but it wouldn't have mattered as the whole unit is flooded and can't be repaired, must be replaced. I asked wouldn't the other tech have been able to see this issue coming? he said he should of, but it wasn't logged in his report.

The replacement that is the only way to get this addressed is going to cost $5k. So they basically charged me $200, for two visits, so that they could wait until the thing blew up and then charge me 5 grand. For the purposes of maintaining the integrity of this review, I won't name the other business I went with.but $800.whole system repaired and cleaned out (that's right, they didn't clean anything on the other visits so not sure what my $200 bought me). AC now works and blows colder than ever and was repaired for a 5th of the price these yahoos were saying that caused the problem in the first place. Again, I won't mention who I went with.but the correct answer is ANYONE but these guys.

Called to have a service tech look at an old system. At first was told that all techs are busy to have someone look at system today - would be an emergency service visit. The temp in the house is over 100 degrees and the humidity is just as bad - mind you it has been this way for a couple days now and I am at my breaking point. I say fine - charge me for an emergency visit and send the tech over.

Not 10 minutes later I get a call back saying Oh we were wrong, we have techs available and will send one over as a normal service call. I am thinking great - may want to do business with this company.that was until the tech shows up. As I figured, the tech said the equipment is old - recommends replacing. He could test to see if there is a leak at a huge sum of $ but no guarantees he can/will find leak or that he can fix it.

Or he can fill the system, but if there is a leak he is not sure how long it will last. I tell him to go ahead and fill/charge the system. By the time the tech leaves the system was on but no cold air coming out (exactly as it was prior to his coming and charging me $400). Tech leaves system dies - completely dead. I call to have tech sent back - pulls apart thermostats - they are working fine - looks at system again says safety switched tripped - cleans and resets. Again, system on but doesn't do anything to cool house (again paid $400 to be exactly where I was before tech came).

As I sit here and think - well that was a waste of $400 and spend an additional sum of $ to get portable a/c units what do I now notice - the thermostat that was working perfectly fine until the tech looked at it now doesn't work at all. So, looks like not only did I pay them to fix a system they didn't fix, looks like I also paid them to break something that worked perfectly fine until they touched it.

This company should be embarrased @ how they do business. You are quoted 1 price over the phone & get billed @ a much higher price. The price is quoted & then you pay for their travel time? The repair was over-priced & was still not working when they left. They came back to look at & charged more money to do that. Everything could have been taken care of on 1st visit. Going on visit# 4 w/ total cost being of the same as new heater unit. Would not recommend.

I used Correct Temp recently to get a quote on some HVAC work that I needed done in my house. The showed up on time, were informative, and helpful in planning my project. I received my quote via email about 1 week later. The quote was OK, not as detailed as I would have hoped, as I had to email some questions as to what exactly would be covered or not in the quote. The quote was high, as another company bid lower. Appears to be a decent company. I would call them again to bid if I had another project.

They are good for service but if you need new equipment be prepared to pay top dollar compared to others. The owner is very direct and does not negotiate at all. His price is the price take it or leave it. Does not even care if one deal could, actually would in my case, create much more business with other customers. I was warned about this from another customer who uses them for just service but thought I would give it a try. Not to be.
