Awesome company, Bill came out and was so nice and very professional. Before doing the inspection he explained what he would be doing, then after the inspection he walked me through the problems he found from the guys who previously did my roof. Then he sent a detailed report with pictures so I could discuss with the guys who previously did my roof, and said if needed have them call me. Awesome guys, just wish I had found them before I had my roof replaced.

Damage from a recent hail storm meant a new roof was needed. CBS Roofing was recommended by our insurance agent. They did a great job! Kudos to David Raymer and the CBS Roofing team. I had originally used CBS in 2009 for a new roof and skylights so when we had a leak in our sunroom I called David. He responded within 2 hours and had someone come out the next day to take a look. A quick diagnosis revealed critters (squirrels) had gnawed on the seals of the skylights allowing water to come in.

I had an estimate within 4 hours which included several options. We decided to go ahead and replace all three (3) skylights. The price was very fair and the work was excellent (as expected from our 2009 experience). David communicated with us throughout the process so that we always knew what to expect. David and CBS Roofing are highly recommended and I would definitely use them again!

We had a roof leak and had to replace the exhaust vent. They provided me with an extremely impressive customer service experience. Very responsive, explained everything that was going on, provided accurate estimates, and repaired my leak in a very timely manner. Jaun was the foreman and communicated with me everything that was going on with the leak, what was needing to be done, and the time frame for repair (which was really fast).

Over priced to say the least. The original estimate doesn't show how much per hour to remove things is (labor), but your bill surely does. Took down a few side boards and a tarp for almost a thousand dollars, joke.

I highly recommend these guys. We had a tree fall on the house which did some damage to the roof including the gutter. We used David and his team at CBS for both of our rental homes in Cary. They did a great job at both properties. They are extremely professional and friendly, they protected our property during the work and they didnt leave any roofing debris or nails behind which was really important since both of our rental homes have pets. They were originally recommended to us and now we are extremely happy to recommend them to you!

I trusted CBS Roofing to inspect the roof on our house before we bought it, so I also trusted him to inspect it after multiple recent hail storms. Unlike most roofing contractors that were knocking on doors claiming my roof needed to be replaced, David's team inspected my roof and found it had not sustained damage as a result of the hail. CBS also replaced my siding last year with Hardy Plank, and we could not have been more pleased with the final result.

As usual, the job was done perfectly, on-time, by courteous and professional staff at a very reasonable and competitive price. I'm probably within 5-10 years of needing to replace the remaining roof, and I definitely use CBS when the time comes!

Hail storm last month last month damaged my roof. Insurance told me I had to have a roofer verify damage so I called David of CBS Roofing. He provided an estimate by email in about 2-3 days. Insurance adjuster inspected my roof and agreed I needed a complete replacement. Note: I contacted another roofer who said I had zero damage - very odd! David patiently provided multiple shingle samples (on different trips) as I tried to decide on a color (they look different on the website than in person).

Once I had picked out a color he was there to replace my roof in about 3 days. He said the job might take two days but he was done in only one. His crew cleaned up everything (no nails found) and the trailer with the old shingles was gone the next day. Only thing left behind was some spare shingles in case I needed them. Best of all was the job came in at $2,000 below the insurance check! Excellent, fast, courteous, patient, economical and professional service. What more could you ask for!

CBS Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof. The price was fair, crew was very professional and timely. I also feel comfortable knowing they are a local company because if anything ever did go wrong they would be easy to get in touch with! We had a wonderful experience with CBS roofing and replacing our 20 year old roof. We contacted a couple of area roofers to get estimates but David's price blew the competition out of the water for a far better product. CBS arrived on time and had our new roof on that same day. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up after themselves as well. We have yet to find any stray nails in our yard. It sounds weird but every day when I drive home and see my new roof, it makes me happy.

After having serious issues with dormer leaks and other troublesome spots where we needed flashing, we hired CBS Roofing/David Raymer to replace our entire roof, install flashing and drip edge. They were diligent in getting the roof replaced in a timely manner. The supervisor was on the job most of the time, although the roofers really didn't need the supervision. They were great.
