Compass Pest Management

Dan has been treating our home for years. Not only did he treat our home, but pays very close to everything around our home. We travel in a motor home several months a year. On our last trip, Dan was treating our home. On departing from the garage, he noticed our a/c condensation pump was not working. Instead of just leaving, he worked on fixing the problem without bothering us.

He couldn't fix the problem so he called us to let us know there was a problem. We called our son to come look at it. Dan saved us thousands of dollars in repairs bills. We are so grateful to him for taking the time to help us out. He is also an awesome pest control tech.

I contacted Compass Pest Management a few months ago and requested a quote for pest control services. Dale offered to come out and do a complete inspection of our home free of charge. An appointment was made and he showed up exactly on time and spent an hour doing a complete evaluation of our home and property. I was given recommendations along with estimates.

I scheduled a pest control service, moisture barrier and a mosquito treatment. All the work was done very professionally and timely. Each time Compass came to my residence, they were very punctual and professional. I am especially happy with the mosquito treatment. I feel like the guys spent extra time and extra product in order to get our problem under control. I will definitely use Compass Pest Management again and highly recommend them. We have used Compass Pest Control in Greenville for the past 7 years. The first hurdle was my wife being comfortable with someone in our home with her while I was at work. She called when the technician was here and was very thankful for the choice we made. Over the years we have battled ants, spiders and bees. Each time Compass dispatched a tech within a day or 2 if not the same day to help us fight the battle at no extra charge.

We had an issue with mice and Compass helped with a plan to evict them and executed it as promised. From the office administrators to the techs in the field, Compass has been helpful, friendly and supportive of us when we needed them. I reccomend the service but more the staff that makes it all work. Thank you

I liked that you paid for service yearly. If you have any problems, they come back free of charge. They were excellent with roaches and other pests, however they were never able to make a dent with my ant problem.
